scottfraser - Witney Anmeldelser

Having had the worst experience with other property agencies, my experience with Scottfraser was so professional and customer orientated. Having had limited time to leave my previous house, thanks and gratitude goes to Sofia and the team that were involved during house search. I am so happy with the apartment.I will continue recommending your services a thousand times. Thanks once again for your support.

Sofia was excellent. Renting property can be quite a challenge and Sofia went above and beyond to make sure the process was as painless as possible

sofia and the team 5 star from start to finish

Owen Thomas has been brilliant throughout the purchase. Great communication, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. From the first viewing to exchange, he dealt with everything quickly and expertly. We would thoroughly recommend Owen and Scott Fraser.

Massive thank you to Sofia at Scott Fraser, Witney! She has been a massive help in my transition of moving house.
From the start, everything has been handled quickly and efficiently and I couldn’t ask for a better experience as a tenant. Thank you!

Samantha and Sofia from the Lettings in Witney have been absolutely fantastic. Cannot fault anything. Was a completely smooth transition and took all the stress of moving away from me! Couldn’t recommend higher!

Scottfraser made the whole process of renting our new home straightforward and enabled us to move within a very short time. We are so grateful to Sofia Wilkins at the Witney office for being brilliant in bringing everything together for us. Thank you again!

We were scheduled to have a viewing today at 10:00 on the 16th August. We called the agency to tell them we’re on our way and called them once we’d arrived, only to be told different stories.

First we were told there was no scheduled viewing booked for us. Then we were told the booking was actually scheduled for 12:30. Which we didn’t mind because we would’ve spent time in the city while waiting. WE THEN RECEIVED A CALL STATING THAT THE CURRENT TENANTS ARE ON HOLIDAY AND THE AGENT DOES NOT HAVE KEYS FOR THE HOUSE, FOR A VIEWING TO TAKE PLACE.

I’m sorry but this is very unprofessional and inconsiderate of our time. We drove all the way from Worcester. I’m at a loss for words. I won’t mention the names of the people involved because I believe we all make mistakes, however I needed to vent about this because I’m very annoyed.

The lady on the phone was lovely, apologised, and promised we’d get called on Monday to reschedule…

All clear and straightforward with good communication. Thanks in particular to Sofia and Samantha.

Sophia was amazing, very patient and made the process easy

Sophie has helped me throughout the renting process. She is very efficient and has got the patience to guide me all the way. So thank you very much for your assistance!

Having moved every year for the past ten years, I am thoroughly impressed and blown away by the service Scott Fraser provided. In particular, Sofia Wilkins from Witney branch who has been amazing throughout this whole process. They are responsive, considerate and goes above and beyond to be inform and support as much as possible. Having Sofia as our point of contact has made this move seamless, stress free and an enjoyable experience. She always responded quickly and even with things she did not readily know answer to, was helpful in liasing with landlords and finding information as efficiently as possible. She and the team went above and beyond whenever possible and has been accomodating consistently. We are very happy with the service Scott Fraser has provided and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for properties and rentals. Thank you Sofia and team for all your help and support.

If I could give negative numbers I would!
Still waiting for my deposit, holding deposit and months rent - which was paid upon signing....only to have them break contract ON the day we were moving in.
They made excuses and denied it was their fault, blaming landlord and goodlord...even though they offered us a contract and took our money, knowing full and well the landlord hadn't agreed.

People you can trust

Id like to say thank you to the letting team at Witney, who found tenants for my flat within a week of commencing the management of my property.
