Far better quality and excellent kerb appeal than what is currently on the market today. Amazing Product.
It was just a shame they were not available through the Motability Scheme.
We have never been out so much. They go on and on for miles....

My daughter brought this scooter from Scooterpac Ignite Mini pink colour in Msrch 23. It's been fine but a few weeks back started playing up. Took a few weeks for repair man to come out and he found a wire had been lying on top of the battery and as the battery had got hot from use it had melted through the thick wire causing issues with the battery. I just cannot believe this is allowed to happen!! It could have caused a major fire in my daughters home and she might not have lived. Been in touch with company today so awaiting response otherwise taking it to the papers as this is serious. Extremely upset and angry!!!!

Scooterpac seems to be a good company, I purchased an invader scooter off ebay from another company in Bedford, it was advertised as an x demo. It would not climb the smallest hill and kept getting stuck in soft and wet sandso I had to be pushed off evertime this happened, thankfully there were people about on the beach the company director even said I thought i was too heavy for it, dont think so. Explaining this to Tod at scooterpac said his invader wouldnt be anything like that and then offered to bring an invader to my house 6 hour drive to try, so I took it to our beach what a difference it did everything it should, it just needed a bit of alteration on the tourque for me. Going uphill on soft sand it was really good, but then I took it down quite steep hill with a mixture of soft dried sand and compressed wheel tracks as if a quad had been there earlier, trying to negotiate the tracks and soft sand travelling down a steep hill, I pulled the brakes and it nearly tipped over that put me off. I am a very experienced motor cycle rider riding thousand of miles in Europe and uk on big bikes so I know how to handle things like this and I have never experienced anything like it before and it recked my confidence with the invader. So I was sorry to tell Tod I would not be purchasing one and went for a 4 wheel drive Torrain Hopper which is being built at the moment.
Nothing against Scooterpac they were very good and helpful. And sorry to the guy who came with scooter for the demo Shaun he was brilliant, and walked quite a long way following us to 2 beaches. If the scooter had 4 wheels I would have bought it there and then.

The battery don't last long as you say..its very rare I meet my destination. With out running out of power.twice iv had tp pay for a big hedge van to pick me and the scooter up to drop me off were im going.its already costing me each month to pay to have the scooter. Plus spending a van to puck me up to drop me off.wen I run out of power.its cheaper to have a taxi.wel more fool me.more richer yoy am.i just don't no how these orther people with disabilities cope with it

The products themselves are fine, but having to buy everything via a third party leads to inconsistent customer experience. I had no issues ordering a canopy last year- it came very quickly and I was pleased with it. Ordering a longer charge cable for my cabin car however has been an absolute joke- Fen Mobility who I ordered through have been told twice that my cable was being dispatched that day, and two weeks on I am still waiting. For such expensive products, this just isn’t good enough.

I received my cable yesterday along with a gift and an apology for the lateness. The cable works great, and thank you for the apology and the gift, but what you have said doesn’t seem to be correct. I originally chased my order on Friday 26th May having ordered on the Monday via fast delivery. Fen Mobility replied to say that you had said it would be with me by Wednesday 31st May as you make up the cables there. Nothing further was heard from you until I chased it again on Monday 5th June which is when it was finally dispatched. I accept that parts/products can be out of stock, but if your vendors don’t know this when placing an order, it causes needless delays. Hopefully you are able to improve your system as it reflects badly on both Scooterpac and your resellers.

I found this company by accident! The phone contact was friendly and informative. I phoned on a Thursday to place my order, I was told, the next day, that the car had started construction. And it was delivered to me on the Wednesday PM. Less than a week. Personalised with many additional features and painted in my old ambulance colour of YELLOW. I love being fully protected, and the heater is great, and warms up fast. Reversing is a doddle with the reversing camera, and the remote locking and alarm operation is just like a car.
I have fitted front and rear dashcams, running from a power pack, the roof beacon makes me feel safer on the roads at night, and being yellow is great.
Journeys to two hospitals, doctors and 3 clinics, 3 High Streets, and supermarkets, are a matter of routine now.
My Car is also the bearer of two Teddy Ambulance crew, one a Paramedic, (like I used to be), and one an EMT, like my on-shift partner, which is a great source of conversation.
If you are disabled, and you currently have a "ride on" scooter, I strongly suggest that you switch to a Cabin Car, it is a strong magnet for those who want to talk about it, I have the only one in my borough, and it means I have videos taken, and pictures, by local pedestrians. Even had 4 great conversations with police officers.
I love my Cabin Car, I don't regret getting it, and it will only get better as I start to have it modernised, mainly electric windows, they are important.
And Scooterpac are not just a "self it and forget" company. They appreciate it when I phone up with suggestions on what I think should be offered.
This is my 3rd Road/Pavement scooter, and my second pavement/carry in the car scooter, and it is the best I could possibly get.
Honest. I've had this since the end of January 2023, and it just keeps me smiling.

I have enjoyed my Scooterpac for almost two months and covered about 190 miles in all weather.

After a stroke, I was advised to give up my driving licence after 50+ years, so I am familiar with road use.

I also have bad arthritis in hands and feet and my hearing is not what it once was.

I came from a TGA Breeze with canopy and roll-down plastic sides. The cabin car is known by family as “Cabby”. It has transformed my mobility:

1 No need to get dressed up into motor cycle attire to go anywhere.
2 Great weather protection and I have had some horrific weather to contend with.
3 Electric windows are great when I have to stick a hand out to use pedestrian crossings with controlled lights.
4 Windscreen wash/wipe. I used to have to keep stopping to clean TGA’s screen. Problem gone.
5 Absolutely brilliant is the infinite speed control quickly down to crawl speed for obstacles.
6 Central locking, like the car, one click and you walk away. Brilliant!
7 Heater/ demister great! Used to be a problem with TGA and its sides down.
8 I use roads a lot at 8 mph and I feel that “Cabby” has real road presence!
9 Road lights are pretty good!

We have some very bad roads in Harrogate in that many roads have had trenches cut for cables etc. These have been filled but subsided in many cases and so are not really visible in rain. Our footpaths are very bad in many places often short of a ramp or the ramp is obstructed by posts. These and poor footway chicanes are a scooterist’s bane. So, how could it be better?

1 Steering allows road shock to pull handlebars violently when at 8 mph.
2 I think that much road shock would be removed if “Cabby” had a steering wheel.
3 I find the trafficator LEDs difficult to see in bright light and difficult with arthritic fingers. I would have preferred an additional stay-in-place two-way switch, fitted above the rake adjuster.
4 Its wheelbase seems a little longer than TGA which makes some chicanes more difficult.
5 Could do with louder horn, it is so quiet that pedestrians are apt to just walk in front of it. Same on the TGA.
3 I think that much road shock would be removed if “Cabby” had a steering wheel.

Update scooterpac invader scooter
They have decided to offer a replacement invader which is much appreciated but can not deliver untill after Easter. They had plenty of time to sort this out but due to staff being away at an event they took there time to make a decision.
This will now be the second time that the scooter has lost me earnings has both times I have really needed the scooter it has been faulty.
1st with an oil leak which I had to come home for them because they failed to notify me in advance that they were coming out so lost 2hrs and again by not having a delivery spot available before the 10/04/23.when I need to be at work again for an event.
I dare not use this scooter over long distance in case it fails altogether., not to mention I work with the public and driving around with that noise it's making dose not create a very professional look.

A further update on my experiences with Scooterpac and my Cabin Car. I must commend the team for the support I received regarding the resolution of my leaking door problem. Considering that I did not get the scooter from them they have been consistently helpful and friendly in their resolution of the issue. I have kept one star back as it was unfortunate that the problem occurred at all, as a retired material scientist specialising in composite materials it looks to me like it was either a faulty moulding or poor installation behind the fault. A big thank you to all involved

UPDATE:- This is an edit of my original report after being able to carry out a longer test drive.

The front brake is extremely powerful and on the right side of the handlebar next to the throttle.

Even at relatively low speeds a light touch on the brake lever will bring you to a violent stop and it may take those who are not current pedal or motorcyclists time to apply both the front and rear brakes together and at the correct input to ensure a safe stop.

ABS is now available for motor cycles and could give added safety.

The motor of this Scooter runs freely and so the vehicle will only glide to a stop. Other manufactures provide motors that have a retarding action.

Other Mobility Scooters have the option of a footbrake and this could help even and safe braking.

Often manufacturers will include a Lithium battery in top of the range models. They can be very expensive if purchased individually!

For a top of the range mobility Scooter I would expect better options

I am hearing impaired and have difficulties when making telephone calls.

I was most impressed by the way the Marketing Manager (Josh) of this friendly UK Company answered my emails quickly. He immediately passed on some of the matters he could not answer to the Sales Director (Scott).

Scooterpac are giving much experienced and helpful advice in a difficult situation.

My wife, who is recovering from a stroke, is now excited that she may be able to use a Scooterpac Invader to travel locally as there is a possibility she may have to surrender her car driving licence.

Some of the problems mentioned here may be associated with products not sold by Scooterpac.

Beware of Scooterpac without a display of the Company logo - there is misleading information on some websites.

I did not see any genuine Scooterpac mobility scooters listed on the Desertcart website (see my review for Desertcart)

Since my last review of Scooterpac, I am pleased to say that engineers have attended to my friends cabin car & things/issues have been fully attended to.

In am writing this on behalf of a 92 year old friend who purchased a Cabin Car, she was asked by the makersI(Scooter Pac) what she thought of the car, she pointed out several things that are in her case difficult,1) Indicators hard to operate,2)steering wheel does not adjust & should do.3) All lights on panel too small, she has been on the phone to them for weeks & they have promised to send someone out, needless to say no one as attended, it needs sorting quickly as currently the "car" is not fit for purpose.

Well I'm going to kick this off with a great fat 5 stars. This is without being prompted or invited by Scooterpac but I believe a Company is worth the credibility when they just do things right!

I won't bore you and go into too many details but what I'll say is this...

This Company, some two and a half months after me moaning and grumbling about being sold, not by them but a supplier who shall for the sake of this review remain nameless, a sub standard mobility scooter "as new", have taken it on themselves to offer a full replacement, free of charge, with all the quirks fixed and enhancements complete.

I will be in receipt of this new mobility scooter on Monday and I wish to offer my praise and thanks to all those that have made this happen.

Great job guys and I hope others feel the same way as I do. You sure did deliver in this instance and its nice to see a Company that stands by their policies.
