Never had an issue using Scoffable. Feel better knowing it's Scottish, that's why I use it over other ordering platforms

Nice little app nice layout easy to use has a few take aways on it that arnt on other apps I use good communication never had an issue

Although there isn't as many options as other delivery apps the restaurants on this in my area are really good and find that the prices are reasonable such as delivery and service charge.

First time ordering through scoffable and had a great meal from one of our local chinese takeaways.
Easy to navigate menus on the app, with clear options for extras.
Easy to pop in all my info to creat a profile, clear confirmation emails once the takeaway had accepted our order. Would use the app again!

Leaving this review as despite the whole order being a bit of a nightmare being able to contact Scoffable and speak to a person straight away was a welcome change! Thankfully Scoffable gave me my money back since the takeaway was refusing. I hope to never have another problem again but its nice knowing I can get the help if needed. Thanks Scoffable

Used Scoffable a few times now and I have to say I’m impressed! Very easy to use, great options of takeaways and felt very secure. Communication, app interface and customer service was really nice. Will be my go to from now on

Always our number one choice of delivery service, all our local takeaways recommend ordering through Scoffable and the service cost is so low it’ll always be our go to, customer service is always great and so efficient if there is any issues with food when it comes

After receiving an incorrect order from Fireaway (via Scoffable), I was screamed at by a Fireaway staff member with repeated “F*** YOU” comments over the phone when I tried to explain how these issues had been resolved in the past. I was told “NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN” in one of the most aggressive customer interactions I’ve ever experienced.

Scoffable’s response? They refunded the order, then contacted the restaurant (who denied it happened) and told me they couldn’t escalate without “concrete evidence.” They dismissed the abuse as an “inconvenience” and closed the case.

If you value your safety or dignity as a customer, be cautious using this platform. There are zero safeguards in place if something goes seriously wrong.

It's a con of a food app!!! Twice now I have got the wrong order through the website. Contacted them through email as there is no phone number 🤔told me to contact the restaurant,the restaurant told me to contact scoffable. No one takes responsibility and I am robbed of 35 pounds this time and the last time was 43 pounds. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

For those of us who choose to avoid the artificial sweeteners (either for health reasons or because they taste disgusting) that are everywhere since the introduction of the sugar tax, finding a soft drink that isn't poisoned/ruined/tainted is not an easy task. We crave the occasional treat of an old school cordial or a fizzy drink like we had from the "pop man" when we were children. Thankfully, there are companies out there like Scoffable who trust us to make an informed and sensible choice regarding what we drink and they have started to creep into the market. Brew is their version of the popular Scottish fizzy drink made by Barrs which has been ruined with artificial sweetener for the past few years. It's as tasty and refreshing as it was back in the day with a sweet caffeine hit, no nasty aftertaste, and nothing to trigger a migraine (sweetener gives me a headache so severe that I lose my vision). Brew comes in a glass bottle which feels even more decadent and is perfect for a weekend treat, a pick-me-up after exercise or a lift after a late night.

Unfortunately, the box that I purchased was damaged in transit and 3 of the bottles weren't full. I notified Scoffable and would have been happy to send the full box back or even just have a partial refund. However, Calum in Customer Services promptly and efficiently handled my concern and arranged for a full new box to be sent out.

Sincere thanks. I truly hope that the Scoffable brand continues to grow.

A friend of mine gave me a bottle of Brew to try, as it is full sugar and I am very sensitive to sweeteners, hence the reason she gave me a bottle! I'm not normally a fan of irn brew but this version was really lovely and refreshing. I normally drink Coca Cola as it is safe for me to drink but I will definitely consider buying the scoffable brew too! In glass bottles too, so easier to recycle!!

Thanks to Scoffable for delivering a fab original tasting Brew as a replacement for the foul tasting current offerings from B**rs company.

Brew is made with sugar NOT artificial sweeteners and the taste proves what a great decision that was.

Ordering was simple, delivery was prompt and did I mention the taste...hmm sweet heaven!

Now for the bad news, that box of fizzy bottled treats is not going to survive your lack of willpower to ration them...save yourself any disappointment and order at least 2 boxes!

Do I recommend...absolutely!
Do I suggest you hide your boxes from everyone in your house...definitely!
Will you regret buying...I think not, however, there's always one, isn't there?
So should anyone find themselves with a spare box that they can't manage, just let me know and I'll definitely help rehome it for you!
