You answered my question regarding the discount code so bought the grill. Thank you for your prompt response.

I interacted with the online chat because I forgot to add a promo code when placing my order. Instead of calling, I opted for the online help. The response was quick, and I received a confirmation email immediately with the change made to my order. Excellent customer service!

The product looks very nice. Have not received mine yet, just ordered. Talked to someone that sells them and they came highly recommended. Loved that you had a fathers day special and I was able to get a lot of items I wanted for free!

I pre ordered a table for my Schwank Grill that was supposed to carry a 15% discount with a promotion code. I did not see any place to enter the code but made the full purchase price order. Five minutes later I emailed Schwank and they replied in less than five minutes after that giving me the discount. Excellent service. Also, I have owned the grill for over a year and it is perfect for steaks and pork chops.

I was a dummy and over tightened the gas supply, breaking the gas manifold. Schwank quickly offered a no-charge repair, for which I am grateful. Can’t wait to try out the grill! 😃

My experience with the company was altogether very pleasant. Everyone I spoke with seemed knowledgeable and competent also very friendly

The broiler is great as I mentioned in a previous review. My complaint if any is the cleanup which requires disassembly and scrubbing rack and shelf and pan prior to dropping in the dishwasher. so I tried a sheet pan with a rack and that worked well and the cleanup was quicker. Next I tried a 12 inch cast-iron fry pan and it works great. I heated up the fry pan under the broiler and when it got up to about five or 600° I added a little oil dropped my steak in a little bit of butter and broiled from the top and pan fried from the bottom Cutting cooking time in half. I also was able to cook mushrooms in pan after the steak came off with red wine all going into the beef juices and it made a wonderful sauce so I’m very happy now and I suggest trying this method when next you do a steak

Only problem, the Pizza Stone was chipped on two sides on arrival.

So far so good. A learning curve for me, but once I got the hang of it...

funnest grill! takes a bit of learning what levels to cook what foods at, but overall, very pleased.

Took us 2 weeks to figure out how to get the meat done the way we like it.
Like how the grill sears the juices inside the meat and the texture of the meat once cooked.
Disappointed the flame blows out quickly when its windy.
Grill messy at times because the grilling surface and drip tray don't come out at the same time.

Easy online ordering. Product delivered within the expected timeframe. So far I am loving my grill!
