Molly and Tasha are top tier customer service reps!! They both resolved my question/concerns smoothly and quickly. What a breeze it was to work with them both. Truly want to send a big heartfelt thank you to them both. Great job!!

My son loves to earn things through school, and his family loves to help him. He gets a great sense of accomplishment when he earn things on his own. He got his book buddy last week and just yesterday he had it stolen at school. I spent all afternoon and morning trying to find somewhere to buy a replacement and quickly found out they are not available anywhere. As a last ditch effort I messaged the school store and explained the situation and asked if I could purchase another from them. They told me they were not available to purchase however they would be more than happy to send a replacement. This was way more then I could ever thank them for. I know I'm going to have the happiest kid when I pick him up from school today. Thank you so much!

Great organization with caring people. My son lost his book buddy which he got through SchoolStore. He was devastated by this so I called SchoolStore for a replacement. Tasha was extremely kind and immediately helped me out with a replacement. Tasha and ShoolStore went over and above to help with my problem.

I found it to be an overpriced con. Their minimum gift to the classroom was $30. I have three nephews at the school. They asked me for over $100 when you add the processing fees.
They use the student suite, pictures and names to manipulate relatives into making donations. I feel like a fool for sending them money.
I will be calling the principal of the school. Fortunately, my wife and I can handle making a nice donation from time to time but for many families $100 is more than they have to spend on groceries.
They’re marketing tactics are outlanders, insensitive, and inconsiderate

I reached out because my son’s book buddy had been taken and he absolutely loves his book buddy. Tasha was so kind and she replied immediately advising that she would replace it for him. We received the replacement within three days! Thank you so much for the excellent customer service and quick response!

My daughter recently participated in a School Store fundraiser at her school. I reached out to School Store with a question and received very prompt response that was extremely helpful and kind. I am very grateful for my experience with Molly and the kindness that she showed.

I would love to be able to support my grandson’s class, but the prices for items are absolutely ridiculous. How can anybody afford to help their child or fundraisers for the class when the price for a stuffed animal is $27 and items are even more. You’re also not given the option to just donate the amount you would like to donate and the lowest donation amount is $30. In today’s world with the rising cost of living, food and daycare and medical insurance I think this site is horrible. The kid will be let down as no one can buy anything

Absolutely best experience, had to have something replaced and they were spot on. very quick response. The best customer service yet.

They charge 5.95 processing fee for 2 point item that is over priced! then give child 3 dollar bracelet! for 4 points the company gets so get 11.90 for bracelet .. probably also get same from merchants .. hardly a charity ..

It is wonderful doing this fundraiser as it asks for no money upfront. People just need to shop through their website - at places they normally shop!!!! Teachers are also recognized with the ability of shoppers to purchase gift cards!

This is a fabulous program which is easy to participate in. Students earn a cute wrist hugger while the school earns money from parents shopping online. Also teachers receive gift cards. An awesome way to support our school staff.

Molly was so amazing and compassionate. I will never forget the kindness she showed me. Thank you Molly for being so sweet and helping me solve my issue fast.

The program is very misleading. They only allow preselected donation amounts and charge extortionate prices for the items. The prices are at least 4 times higher than anywhere else. Then charging shipping on each individual item. The prizes are dollar store trinkets and very hard to earn. You would need at least $1000 in donations to get the top prize which costs $600. It feels more about the dollar than the cause.

My daughter got Rocket as a prize for participating, sadly he got destroyed and she was devastated! SchoolStore responded promptly and replaced it for her. Thank you guys so much for being amazing!!!!
