I had a disappointing experience with this consultancy. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional during my interaction. Instead of offering support or clarity on the Schengen visa process, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses.

This is not the level of service I expected, especially for something as important as a visa application. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful or knowledgeable assistance.

They tried to take down my review but I’m reposting it.

This is the worst travel agency I have ever come across. The individual who I spoke with (Jerry) is unprofessional, rude, dismissive and should be avoided at all costs. He will take your money and provide a sub-par service. I was charged £299 for the service which was a waste of my money. I would not refer this agency or Jerry to anybody whatsoever. Their testimonials on their website are fake and it was disappointing to see that I belong to a list of disappointed customers who have also left their reviews. I wish I knew about this prior. Avoid!!!

They know the Schengen process, but the response time was slow. I got the visa, but I had to follow up more than once to get updates.

The services provided included my application, travel insurance as well as securing my appoinment. You ensured that all information was provided as to what to take to the appoinment and continued to be available for any questions I had during and after the services had been rendered. David went above this as I encountered a hiccup when my work commitments required me to change the date of the visa appointment an once again David alleviated my fears by making sure I was able to obtain an alternative date. I would like to recommend Davids services at Schengan Visas as they were excellent. I also went further to recommend him to collegues in my profession as we all need a go too person who can deliver on results when we stuck and need to make that travel destination possible fast. Once again David ... thank you for your outstanding support. Much appreciated from a South African living in the U.K. 🇬🇧

This guy was super rude with me and I will not recommend to anyone.

First interaction, Very rude person on the call. Stopped talking to me. I then called back and asked what happened. He replied, we don't have time to argue on the call.

Not recommended, Use other services

This is the 2nd time I’m using this service. They remain consistent throughout the years! Absolutely love Joey, very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. My Chinese visa application always goes smoothly. Highly recommended. Thanks again Joey. Sandra.
