I engaged Scentiche Perfumes LLC for custom fragrance manufacturing and packaging of a 100-unit perfume order under my brand just for a start.

After paying a total of USD $3,928.43 between August 2025 and January 2026, I have still not received the finished products.

Throughout the process I received repeated assurances that production was nearly complete, that packaging would take approximately one week, and that shipment preparation had begun. However:

• No finished bottles were ever shown to me• No shipment confirmation or tracking was provided• No video proof of completed production was provided• The only materials received were fragrance samples and a digital box mockup

Communication became inconsistent, often taking days for replies, and after formal requests for verification, communication ceased.

My experience has been extremely disappointing, frustrating and painful. I urge prospective clients to never engage this company; you will regret it if you do.

I’m surprised this company is in business. Unfortunately people still fall for the lies one way or the other.
Obviously they rob Peter to pay Paul with the intention to defraud.
I initially intended to place a large order, but after much advice, I reduced it by half, especially since I was new to the business.
Mohammad lied to me the entire order had been prepared and the could not change it, and that o would need to pay 100% before they could complete production.

I suspected I was being defrauded but I was in denial, so I insisted in reducing the order to less than half.
After dragging bag and forth for about a year, I balanced because I knew I would fish them out even if they tried to run with my money.
Delivery promises upon promises, after some time, communication cut completely. So I boarded a flight straight to Dubai and I found them, I’m sure that was unexpected for them.
They eventually started production, but absolutely horrible substandard content, the packaging was not what was agreed, I doubt if they’ve done any business with anyone successfully.
I decided to just accept the poor quality fragrance just to recoup my money, but it’s been a year now and I’ve barely sold 10% of them because the quality is nothing to write home about.
I will not recommend this company to anyone, they have put me in a very bad financial loss as a result of their lies, deception and incompetence.

I’ve been in the perfume business for years and have worked with many manufacturers internationally. Scentiche Perfumes LLC has been, without exaggeration, the most frustrating and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

After receiving a very large payment, communication became inconsistent, misleading, and evasive. Timelines were promised and missed repeatedly. Updates were vague, constantly changing, and often contradicted previous statements. What should have been a straightforward production and delivery process turned into months of chasing answers.

There was no accountability, no proactive communication, and no sense of urgency—despite the fact that this inventory was time-sensitive and critical for my business. Instead of solutions, I received excuses. Instead of transparency, silence.

A manufacturer working with serious brands should understand that reliability, honesty, and follow-through are non-negotiable. Unfortunately, this company demonstrated none of those qualities.

If you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I would never work with this company again. Mohammed and Abdulla are not reliable people

A Year of Lies, Zero Delivery, and $40,000 Lost — Stay Away

My company entered into a manufacturing contract with Scentiche almost a year ago and paid them USD $40,000 for full perfume production. To this day, nothing has been delivered — not a single bottle, box, or sample.

Instead of fulfilling their obligations, they gave us months of excuses, constantly changing timelines, and misleading statements about “final QC,” “shipping approvals,” and “import delays.” Every request for real proof — tracking numbers, shipping documents, photos of finished goods — was ignored or answered with vague, inconsistent stories.

This experience has caused our business significant financial loss and nearly a year of delays. We have now escalated this as a formal fraud and non-delivery case with our bank, the FBI/IC3, and UAE authorities, and we are preparing legal action against Scentiche in Dubai.

If you are considering working with this company, please learn from our experience:
Do not send them money without verified proof of production and shipping.
What happened to us should never happen to another business.
DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY !!!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Beware – Scam Experience with Scentiche Perfumes (Dubai)
I came across Scentiche Perfumes in Dubai online and initially thought they were a professional and trustworthy perfumery company. Communication at the start was excellent — they seemed responsive and knowledgeable during the design and sampling phase.
As part of the process, they requested an upfront payment of £1,000, explaining that £200 would go toward creating samples and the remaining £800 would be a credit toward the bulk order once I approved the samples.
Looking back, that was already a red flag, especially as I’m new to the perfumery industry — but at the time, everything appeared legitimate.
After some back-and-forth, they sent over samples that were far from satisfactory, so I decided to withdraw from the project and requested a refund. Since then, Scentiche Perfumes have been completely unresponsive and evasive.
They’ve made multiple false promises — saying they would send the goods, issue a refund, or update me “soon” — but none of that has happened. Eventually, they stopped replying altogether, and all lines of communication have been cut off.
I’ve been trying to reach them for months with no success. Being based in the UK while they’re in Dubai makes it extremely difficult to pursue legal action or recover the money.
In total, I’ve lost £1,000 to what now appears to be a scam operation. I strongly urge anyone considering working with Scentiche Perfumes to be extremely cautious and avoid sending any upfront payments without verified contracts and transparency.

This is a strong warning. We have already reported this case to the Dubai Police, and it has been registered as an official incident.

We visited this company on Friday, June 18, 2025, with the intention of launching a perfume brand in Dubai. The address provided by the representative was: 79MP+W52 - Al Qusais Industrial Area - Al Qusais Industrial Area 1 - Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The man who assisted us has still not provided his name.

In order to create perfume samples, I paid 1,500 USD. Before making the payment, I specifically asked whether a refund would be issued if we were not satisfied with the quality of the samples. The representative assured us that 80% of the amount would be refunded. This was clearly promised.

He also guaranteed that the perfume samples would be delivered on either June 26 or 27.

However, no samples were ever delivered. The company repeatedly claimed that the samples had already been delivered via SKYNET courier, but they have not provided any valid proof—no tracking number, no shipping receipt. They clearly have no intention of creating or delivering the samples, and their responses have been dishonest and unprofessional.

As of today, August 26, we have still not received the samples or a refund. We are demanding a full refund. The representative has not responded, and we still do not know his name or whether this company is officially registered in Dubai.

We are writing this in the hope that the damage stops with us. We strongly warn others not to do business with this company.

These guys are a scam. We made payment for our samples and then next steps started to sound very suspicious! We don’t not proceed because our gut was telling us otherwise. DO NOT PROCEED WITH THESE SCAMMERS

My experience with Scentisch perfumes Dubai was disappointing. Initially, communication was smooth, but they were very pushy about making the first payment quickly before discussing the next step.

When i didn't proceed with the first payment right away it was hard reaching them again trough e-mail or by phone was nearly impossible.

I had high expectations when i placed my order with Scentiche Perfumes in Dubai, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. After a year of waiting and multiple follow-ups, i finally received my products.

However, the quality was far from what was promised. The perfumes did not smell as promised, some bottles were damaged and the packing was in poor condition.

When i reached out to the company to discuss a refund or partial compensation, they refused to take responsibility. Despite their initial promises , they where not willing to provide a fair solution.

I want to warn everyone about the company Scentiche Perfumes Dubai. Before I made my $7,000 deposit, communication with Mohammad was good, and he responded quickly.

However, after the payment, he became unreachable for months. one years later, we are still without our goods.

PLEAS do not fall for the false promises of Mohammad and this company. Find a reliable private label partner to avoid wasting your time and money.

To this day, I have not received my money or goods. Be cautious and don’t be misled!

Warning: This company is a SCAM!

I’m writing this review to warn others. Last year, I found this company through Google to produce perfume for my business. Initially, everything seemed fine, and I was in contact with a person named Mohammad. However, after our first payment of nearly €10,000, the problems started: he stopped answering calls and emails. When we did reach him, we were repeatedly given false promises.

Now, one and a half year later, we still haven’t received any samples. After further research, we found reviews from other victims who experienced the same scam.

I rarely write negative reviews for businesses because I believe it can harm their reputation. Even when I have a bad experience, I usually prefer not to leave a negative review. However, my experience with Scentiche has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share it in the hope that they might address the issues and improve their customer service.

My troubles with Scentiche began in January 2023 when my partner and I decided to venture into the perfume business. Instead of setting up our own production line, we thought private labeling could be a cost-effective option. We discovered Scentiche through a Google ad and were initially impressed by the seemingly positive reviews, which, in hindsight, might have been fake. I was contacted by a salesperson named Mohammad, who was friendly and professional. Despite their higher prices compared to other options we had researched, we chose to work with them because of their professionalism during the pre-sale process.

However, our problems started as soon as they received the initial deposit of 50%. They had promised to provide us with samples within 30 days, but it took 60 days and multiple follow-ups to finally receive them. To make matters worse, the samples were of poor quality. When I requested a refund of the initial deposit, I was told it was not possible because they had already procured ingredients and materials. They claimed that if I paid the remaining balance, they would complete production within 15 days and ship the goods. I paid the remaining amount on the same day, but those 15 days turned into months. I had to constantly plead with them to ship the products. Every week, they would promise to dispatch the shipment the following Monday, but it never happened. They cited various excuses, such as holidays, delays with the courier company, and approval processes, without ever offering an apology. It seemed they had no sense of accountability, given that they already had all the payment.

Finally, in August 2023, I received the delivery of goods after a grueling seven months. Unfortunately, one box was missing, and six others were severely damaged, with numerous perfumes broken. When I reported these issues and asked for assistance in filing a claim with FedEx, Scentiche claimed they had initiated the process but not sharing any claim number for me to follow up with FedEx.

My experience with Scentiche has been a significant loss of both time and money, and I strongly discourage anyone from doing private labeling business with this company. They might have good customer dealing on retail outlet but private labeling business is worst ever in the World.

I have posted this review 2 months ago and their sales representative reached out to me with another false promise that he'll sort out the issue within 1 month if i remove review. I did that but its been 2 months now and still there is no hope. Its our loss of thousands of dollars and lot of time. We might not able to recover our loss but atleast with this review can help and warn everyone not to get into this company's trap.
