On 14 January 2025 I accidentally bought a gift card from scentamaze. I did not intend to buy anything from scentamaze, but I wanted to buy a backpack from the website of Decathlon and I did not notice that somehow I was redirected to the website of scentamaze (scentamaze.com). After paying the price of the backpack by my credit card, I recognised that it was a fraud. It was not the website of Decathlon but it was the website of scentamaze, and I did not get a backpack but received a 2 EUR gift card from scentamaze.com and also a 2 EUR gift card from glam4hair.com (that I did not intend to buy!).
Immediately I wrote to scentamaze and glam4hair through their online contact form, asking to delete my purchase and send back the 2+2 EUR to my bank account. I received an automated message from the customer support of scentamaze, but since then I have not received any further answer. Neither the price paid for the gift cards was sent back.

On 17 January 2025 scentamaze wanted to charge my credit card by 6.95 EUR - but fortunately my bank refused this transaction.

I never intended to buy anything from scentamaze and glam4hair and would never buy anything from them. It was a fraud by sentamaze and glam4hair!!!

This is a fraudulent scheme to steal your money from your card under the pretext of a big Zara sale!!!! Don't trust them!!!

GOOD FOR NOTHING ROGUES I TELL YOU. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF FRAUDS.
I AM A SINGLE MOM AND THEY OWED ME A REFUND OF R132 AND SOME CHANGE FROM LAST YEAR 2024 NOVEMBER AND IT IS NOW JANUARY 2025 nd i have not RECIEVED MY REFUND.
I HAVE BEEN SENDING COUNTLESS EMAILS AND I AM BEING TOLD THAT THE REFUNDS HAVE BEEN DONE AND THAT I MUST WAIT 7 - 14 WORKING DAYS. ITS GONE OVER 1 AND A HALF MONTHS AND TODAY I GET A REFUND OF R32 FROM THEM. WHERE IS MY FULL R132 THAT WAS DUE TO BE REFUNDED TO ME.
I AM ONLY GETTING EMAILS SAYING THAT IT WILL BE SORTED AND THAT I MUST DELETE MY REVIEW FROM TRUSTPILOT AND THEN THEY WILL REFUND MY MONEY. I DID THAT AND THEN THEY DO THIS. BLOOMING THIEVES. HOW DO U LIVE WITH YOURSELFS ,CHEATING THE POOR AND FILLING YOUR POCKETS. RETURN MY MONEY MAN. DO THE RIGHT THING MAYBE THEN YOUR BUSINESS MIGHT PROGRESS AND YOU WONT BE GETTING SUCH KUK REVIEWS THAT YOULL ARE SCAMMERS AND ROGUES, 02/06/2025- I STILL STAND BY MY WORDS, I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY CASH BACK. Requête non traité, Colis non reçu, Remboursement de fonds non effectué, Demande d'annulation confirmé mais non prise en compte car je continue d'être débité.

Unprocessed request, parcel not received, refund not issued, cancellation request confirmed but not acknowledged as I am still being charged.

This is a big scam!!!
Got a surveillance system and scanig qr sent me to this!
Written that I only need to verify and my account will NOT be charged, I've entered my revolut... Instantly I'm charged 1€...next page is offering to charge me other 2€ to sell me nothing so I denied payment and blocked merchant in the app...
4 times in 1 week they tried to charge my card for 6 euros but they are blocked.
I wish someone could take action and close this fraud website down....
Be carful if you land on this scam site!!!

SCAM FRAUD BLACKMAIL
received an email from Mercadona ( A reputable Spanish supermarket chain ) saying claim your free gift / prize. It took me to a page requesting 2 euros for postage. I thought why not, 2 euros for a free gift, prize. Next thing I found myself paying 2 euros each to,

Next I noticed charges of about 40 euros being made against my card by these fraudlent companies.Trying to cancel the so called membership and obtaining a refund is extremely difficult. Because I now apparently had membership, 14 days notice must be given. In the meantime they can continue to charge my card and did. I did manage to obtain an offer from Home-Box club for a refund, provided I gave them a good Trustpilot review. I am still waiting for the refund. Glam4hair.com refused to offer me a refund. I have now frozen my card but still receive charges which are fortunately declined
I have an email from Home-Box.com saying give us a good review and we will issue a refund ( Blackmail )
