Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we’re pleased to hear you enjoy our products, we’re genuinely concerned about the issues you experienced with our payment systems. We want to emphasise that this experience does not align with our commitment to providing a seamless customer experience.

Additionally, we did not receive any direct communication from you regarding this issue, which would have allowed us to address and resolve it promptly. Without that opportunity, the negative impact of this review on our brand is even greater, particularly as the issue may stem from a technical fault with our hosting platform, which is beyond our direct control.

Given the recent economic downturn, it’s a challenging time for businesses and employees alike. Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your acknowledgment of our prompt responses. I want to emphasise that several staff members have worked hard to provide you with a seamless experience, engaging with you over the phone and via email.

Our history of serving you reflects our dedication and appreciation for you as a customer. However, when Royal Mail missed the collection on the 22nd of October due to your unavailability to sign for the package, we understood the inconvenience this caused. We recognised that you were available the following day, but unfortunately, Royal Mail did not attempt delivery then. To meet your request for the items by Saturday, we went the extra mile and sent additional items at our own cost.

We have done our utmost to resolve this matter, and it saddens us that the fault lies with Royal Mail. Receiving a negative review despite our efforts has a significant impact on our morale. Our team is committed to providing exceptional service, and it’s disheartening when our dedication isn’t reflected in your experience.
