The check out system sucks. The instructions say that a price will be given at check out for restoring 8 slides that could use it. No price was given and I was given no chance to say yes or no to the restoration. I have also not been informed as to when the 2 loaded thumbdrives that were part of the order would be shipped along with the return of the physical slides themselves. The digitization of the slides is fine; the back-end or your operation needs to be fixed.

I was surprised that SanCafe was willing to handle as small of an order as I had. Support was very helpful and I got my prints in a reasonable amount of time with my slides being promptly delivered back to me.

Found old slides in a box at home. I could not throw them away. I have looked at other services before but never used because of the cost. I found Scan Cafe and the prices seemed reasonable. I tried and am very pleased. I was kept informed of the progress and what was being done. This type of information was extremely comforting. Today I received the digital copies on USB and reviewed and the work is great. I will use this service again if I find other valuable photos to digitize.

Great job! I sent ~300 negatives from my wedding & honeymoon (20+ years ago) to be digitized. The process was user-friendly & results were fantastic. I tried other companies before, but they were poor quality, lousy customer service, & one said they'd destroy my originals(!) ScanCafe exceeded all expectations. I'll definitely use them again.

I was over lugging around prehistoric photo albums so I decided to digitize all my hard copy photos. The process was super easy & no rush to send them the pics after I submitted the order. I especially liked the status tracker online. Now all my photos are on my tiny external HD & no more bukly photo albums!

To the only issue I had was that my address has too many characters for the online form. However, the customer service team got back to me right away to set it up manually! Scans look great and I got my photos back safe and sound.
