We had a very positive experience working with Scaleap on implementing and customizing Jira as a ticketing platform for Tikome’s telecom tower maintenance and support operations.
Their team demonstrated a strong understanding of both Jira and the practical demands of telecom infrastructure support. They didn’t just perform a technical setup — they took time to understand our real operational workflows around tower maintenance, fault handling, field support coordination, and issue resolution.
Scaleap configured and customized Jira to align well with how we actually work, including:
Clear ticket categorization for different types of tower issues
Structured workflows for maintenance, faults, and support requests
SLAs and escalation paths
Dashboards and reports that give management solid visibility into performance and response times
The system has significantly improved how we track, prioritize, and manage issues across our telecom sites. Communication during the project was smooth, timelines were respected, and the team was responsive to feedback and adjustments.
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is mainly due to some current platform limitations within Jira itself, rather than the implementation. Scaleap did a great job working within those constraints and delivering a solution that fits our needs well.
Overall, Scaleap is a reliable and knowledgeable partner for organizations looking to implement structured service and maintenance workflows in Jira.

One of the best development sgencies I've worked with. Their ability to listen, understand requirements and most importantly deliver an amazing product is really above and beyond.
