It was nice doing business with you. Everything in regards of bidding was straightforward and your support team was easy to communicate with. I enjoyed shopping here and can easily recommend this auction to others.

Careful buying with this company, they will force you to use a shipping company that charge outragious prices, even if the yard is local. Then they will steal your deposit if you dont pay the shipping company to deliver the vehicle.

I've bought from Copart for years and have always been able to go to the yard and pick up my vehicles. The first time I use this flyby night company all the sudden you have to pay a shipping company 600$ to deliver a vehicle 15 miles.

I am editing this to the SCA reply. I OWN a licensed tow truck company. This was stated to the "shipping company" you're forced to use as the vehicles are titled to them from what i was told. There WILL BE NO FUTURE business between us. Further more both the vehicles I bid on were "IF BIDS". I didn't even know I won them until days after. I made multiple attempts to get and pay for these vehicles from yall but was not allowed unless I used your shipping company at 600$ per vehicle. I'm sure yall get a kickback from them on each vehicle shipped. I will stick to a trustworthy auction site like Copart and iaa enjoy my 1000$ thieves

They addressed all of my concerns over the phone, helped me with the transaction, and gave me an accurate estimate as far as shipping went. My new motorcycle was just delivered and I’m very happy with it!

I found many motorhomes in good shape. I’ve been looking for months up until I found this online auction. So many great options to choose from they made it super easy for me.

This site is untrustworthy. I signed up for a membership and bought a car in buy it now. Come to find out the car had already been purchased and shipped to its new owner 2 days earlier than I even signed up. This happened because SCA is a third party and didn’t update there sight correctly. So I’m out my money they charged until I get a refund. This is not good business practices and I think buyers should beware especially when you can just buy from the legitimate sight without this third party middle man that I didn’t realize I thought they were the auction.

I've been waiting a week for these people to come assess my car's damage from an accident which was not my fault. Meanwhile I can't get any repairs started and I have to rent a car just to go to work. These people are crooks.

I used SCA Auctions to bid on IAA , the vehicle “2002 Camry” costed me $500, and the fees were $950 + an obligated towing service which cost me $400 (total of =$1850 ) WT*!!

Also, will forced you to use their poor slow and expensive towing service which would take 3-5 business days to deliver your car! They did NOT allow me to use a private towing company.

Note: if the post says “mechanical issues - Run+Drive” that mean the engine is 100% trash / broken / blowed, etc.., so don’t expect a running or driving car. SCAM ⭐️ mine had a hole in the engine block!

Total waste of money!

Bought a car using SCA auctions. The car came with a New York salvage certificate. However, when I tried the register the car, the DMV ran a title search in the national title database and could not find any record of the salvage certificate. This means the car cannot be registered in any state. I went back to SCA and even provided the document from the DMV that stated the salvage certificate they provided was invalid. SCA said it's not their problem. So now have $48K car I paid for that is nothing more than an expensive paperweight because this company only cares about taking your money rather than helping its customers. STAY AWAY. Find a more reputable broker.

Scam, that don’t even have the cars they list!!

I'm new to the car auction setting and had a lot of questions on how to move forward. May from SCA was very helpful. Answered all my questions, and guided me to the next steps so I could successfully bid on a vehicle. Prompt responses and easy to understand instructions. Thanks again May!

I got a great deal on an insurance auction vehicle. As a first time buyer, I called the office with many questions. The person that was helping guide me through the process (named May) went above and beyond to facilitate my purchase.
I Would definitely use SCA auctions again!

Joined Sca 2 years ago bought several cars from the Auction. The transactions went smooth,,, and when there was a problem I called them they answered right away especially May in customer service she is always very helpful.
