PC Mechanic is Santa Barbara's 'Go To' computer professional.
I have come to depend on Ramsin's computer expertise, availability and outstanding services for several years now, and can highly recommend him. I have consistently found him extremely knowledgeable and able to quickly locate, define and correct my computer problems whether it is simply a slow computer, a nasty virus, or that someone has taken over my computer. He is sincere, patient, kind and a great communicator, as well as a reliable troubleshooter and motivated, trustworthy repair technician. Why not give him a try!

Ramsin of PC Mechanic is knowledgeable and honest. He has helped me a number of times and a few of those times free of charge (including my first visit with him).

When I needed to upgrade my old laptop and search for a new one, Ramsin gave me options and suggestions understanding my limited budget and needs. He spent extra time explaining to me alternatives and was patient with my questions. Since, he has helped me with ridding of a virus, computer protection and maintenance. Every visit is not only helpful, but educational.

The true DIY tech guru that I needed to diagnose and fix a weird problem I had with my PC tower. Very obscure issue, he took a look at it and had some helpful suggestions. Having read Trustpilot guidelines, they attribute value to services rendered. I've read all the posted reviews and I wholeheartedly agree with their evaluation of his expertise. I've been with Ramsin about 3 years and have never been technically disappointed. Moreover, I've found a friend. Ramsin meets me at the curb, unloads my computer, helps me up the stairs and sees to my comfort before even starting on my computer problems. His memory of my computer history and social history is faultless. He's suggested "no charge" solutions to my son's business in Illinois and via "Teamviewer" has solved a few glitches "off the books". Sadly for his bottom line, I don't get to see him often enough. Too bad he is so good!

Ramsin the Computer expert is THE BEST expert who is extremely well versed with many technical platforms yet patient with great advice. He is most professional, kind and of course reasonable. He helped me recover priceless photos off an old system while providing speed to my new system. He even helped put my old system to a needy local school! No sense to look for others as he conducts business how I wish all did ;)

I'm so glad I chose Ramsin to fix my computer. I had a pesky software virus that I couldn't remove, and Ramsin was able to not only remove it, but showed me how to take care of it in the future. I believe Ramsin is a genuine, sincere and very knowledgeable PC mechanic, and I would recommend him to anyone.

We have used Ramsin twice, once he came to the house to straighten out a mess caused by another tech and once to get a hard drive crash dealt with where we brought our computer to him to save on the service call fee. He is very competent but if you do not ask the right questions he may assume that you know more than you do so ask lots of questions.

Ramsin is efficient and prompt with whatever repairs or computer replacements are necessary. I appreciate how he goes out of his way to be helpful, and I trust his advice regarding software and antivirus programs. He has replaced a couple of my computers and has even been able to work on an old Windows 98 computer with Wordperfect 5.1 that I use for medical transcription.

Thankfully I don't have many computer issues, but when I do, it's comforting to know that I can turn to Ramsin. He always has solutions which do not cost an arm and a leg and are very practical. Like when Carbonite decided they were not going to provide software for hard drive cloning, Ramsin turned me on to Acronis and he helped me to switch my antivirus software from NAV to ESET (which I find just as good at keeping viruses at bay and less intrusive than NAV).

He restored my computer from an old slow pile of crap to one that is so fast I can't keep up and at a very great rate. I will only go back to pcmechanic going forward! Thank you!
