Mi experiencia con Sayvin en la gestion de mi paquete de vacaciones fue excepcional. No esperaba que fuera tan acertado y que fluyera con tanta facilidad hacerlo a través de esta agencia. De hecho hasta lograr una notable mejora en el precio final de vuelo y hotel.
Quede sorprendido y satisfecho con el resultado. Opino cuentan con gran experiencia que aplican a los clientes. Siempre tuve la impresión de que hablaba con algún conocido pues la comunicación fue sencillamente genial.

Muy recomendable. Me solucionaron todo por medio de Whatsapp con info muy práctica y mucha paciencia. Llegué a playa del Carmen sin excursiones contratadas . Averiguando pude entender que es muy fácil caer en estafas si se contra excursiones en agencias que no sean confiables. Cumplieron con todo lo prometido y sin pedir ninguna seña por adelantado. Pasaron a retirarme por el hotel. Muchas gracias por su atención

5 Stars are not enough and can not rate how grateful we are about the execptional service from Sayvin.

I contacted them on their Chat and Juan immediately replied. We had a special challenge: Flying abroad inlcuding addtional luggage and a dog. Especially the transport of the dog was not easy as not all airlines transports pets actually.

We established a Whatts-App conversation, Juan took over this non-standard challenge and looked for best possible solutions with the airlines. Everything was very professional, quick, helpful and at everytime absolutely customer oriented! I never expected such a service in difficult circumstances before and I really had the impression that Sayvin was committed to solve the problem with hughe extra work and not to leave me alone or pass me over to an agent.

I can not express how thankful we are as a family to get that much support from them.

I highly recommend Sayvin´s Services and will definately contact their team again when we have travel plans in Mexico!

Su atención fue la de unos verdaderos expertos y profesionales.
Mi consulta les llegó a 10 minutos de retirarse de la oficina y se quedaron después de hora para poder resolver mi caso, lo cual valoro muchísimo.
Fueron claros y muy veloces para resolver. Mi búsqueda de aéreo era contra reloj y con determinado presupuesto y encontraron la opción PERFECTA para mi.
