Not so where to go if you have things to do. The wait is just a slow, painful death. Fished by cheap products, margarine and cooking chocolate. Horrendous

What gorgeous chocolate chip shortbread and chocolate crumble cookies. Would thoroughly recommend these biscuits to anyone, particularly care homes, schools, hotels and hospitals. Like how the biscuits were packaged- with no wastage.

Brought a shortbread taster box as a treat for my daughter who is at university, she and her housemates absolutely loved it. I did see it on video call and it looked amazing. It arrived i think within 3 days of ordering. Highly recommend

Really gorgeous tasty shortbread. This was a gift for my husband from my best friend, my favourite is double choc chip. I Would definitely recommend this company for excellent treats.

This bakery made 3 dozen meringues for me and kept me informed every step of the way. They arrived perfectly packaged and all were intact. All 3 flavours are amazing. Thank you Dan and the team for perfect meringues and great service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a lovely gift to be able to give. Pricing was very reasonable, it was nice to ve able to send that little something different. The recipient was very happy.

I ordered two boxes of the Mothers Day Shortbreads and they were sent out. Somewhere along the way the boxes went missing with Royal Mail. I contacted Sawley Kitchen explaining that I had not received my order and was worried as they were gifts. The owner looked into the missing order and sent out two further boxes that same day free of charge so I had them for today. Not only did he deal with my enquiry within two hours of submitting it he replied to me to let me know what he was doing. First class customer service.
Onto the shortbread my mum opened hers today and was more thrilled with the shortbread than the flowers and other gift I had bought her, I had also bought her sister a box too and she was thrilled too. The choice of flavours in the box were unreal they were packaged so nice with gift cards with them. I would not hessitate in recommending Sawley Kitchen to anyone and will be ordering from them again.

Just received my shortbread taster pack and not only are the biscuits beautifully wrapped and presented but also the packaging. Just had my first packet of biscuits and they are so delicious.
Would highly recommend without hesitation.

Shortbread was beautifully packaged and looked exactly like the website. It was a gift and the recipient loved it and said they were delicious :) I ordered the taster pack with different flavours and the variety looked great and all arrived in perfect condition. Thank you!

Having tried the delicious shortbread myself, I ordered the taster gift box for my Aunt for her birthday. The ordering process was easy and delivery was as quoted (it arrived on her birthday). She was thrilled with the selection of flavours in the box. I'm sure I will be ordering from Sawley Kitchen for gifts again.

This place has been a fabulous find and provided several Christmas presents for us, so we would have no hesitation in recommending them.
It was extremely easy to order and the items were delivered within a couple of days.
Everything was well packaged, so that there were no breakages and the feedback we have received from the people that received the gifts was full of praise for how tasty the products were. Thank you and we will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Fantastic company, service exceptional and a warm welcome when you collect. Not had chance to try the goodies yet but i doubt they will be anything but great. Delighted to have found this wonderful little company when we were looking for high quality products made in Yorkshire for our holiday cottage hampers! The shortbread is absolutely delicious, it arrived with a lovely personal note and in perfect condition, as it was packaged with great care, and Kirsty was so friendly and helpful!

Received my order which was well packaged. Impressed with boxes and checked all items and not one broken. As these are for Christmas presents I am sure they will be greatly received and enjoyed.
Customer service is brilliant as I made an error with my address but a quick email rectified this and my order was delivered on time as notified by the team. Thanks as I was a bit worried.

Ordered 4 boxes for Christmas presents, they arrived promptly, packaged perfectly & the customer service was exemplary, I had forgotten to add the discount code when ordering, phoned & it was sorted immediately that is excellent service, can’t comment on the taste as Christmas presents but I’m sure they are all delicious, Definitely buy from Sawley kitchen in the future .

I ordered 2 shortbread taster boxes to give as Christmas presents also ordered a wonky box and we have not been disappointed with the contents they have been utterly delicious I loved the rhubarb shortbread.parcel arrived extremely well packaged and quick delivery from order to dispatch i would recommend Sawley Kitchen if you are looking for a thoughtful tasty gift or if you want to have a tasty treat with a hot drink I can see me ordering from here again
