We emailed to explain Royal Mail misplaced a batch of parcels and yours was in it. Obviously that was out of our control, but we offered a next-day replacement straight away. Sorry it wasn’t as expected — I’m happy to refund your postage for the delay.

Excellent Customer Service
My order was part of a lot that the Royal Mail misplaced, which means it came later than expected. But Saviour kept me in the loop about this and offered to supply replacements ASAP, which I really appreciated.

Bought the inumb tattoo cream
Bought the inumb tattoo cream, and had a huge snake wrapped round my leg. Bought 2 tubes and put one on in the morning, the other towards the end of the tattoo. It covered the whole top half of my leg - and I couldn’t feel a thing!

I ordered it and a couple of days later it arrived . I haven't used it yet I was recommended this product by a tattoo artist who is going to tattoo me next month , so I'm looking forward to a pain free tattoo.
