Sauna Heater Supply Anmeldelser

Good experience with their salesperson Kel helping with questions and options. This thing is pretty difficult to build and instructions are not great with few photos/illustrations to help. Called and Kel directed us to someone who answered technical questions. Sauna looks great and can’t wait to get my electrician out to hook it up.

Although we have not yet received our sauna, our experience with Sauna Heater Supply has been outstanding so far. We are excited about the design, features, and health benefits our sauna will provide, and the purchasing process has been excellent from the start.

The owner communicated promptly and professionally with both my husband and me, answering all of our questions thoroughly and making us feel confident in our purchase. We truly appreciated the timely responses, product knowledge, and willingness to help throughout the decision-making process.

Based on our experience to date, we would highly recommend Sauna Heater Supply to anyone considering a sauna purchase. We look forward to receiving and enjoying our new sauna!

Great customer service, helpful and fast to respond if you have any questions.

Amazing product and service! I will be buying more of their welness products for all my future home builds!

James knows his Sauna information! He was very helpful and patient as we designed and ordered my system.

Really happy with my experiences with Sauna Heater Supply so far! I've needed to expedite shipping to get equipment quickly and James was super on top of everything to make that happen each time! Will absolutely keep shopping with SHS :)

Received an Iki sauna heater today that we ordered via James, with support from Kel. Their pricing and courtesy was so good I was seriously concerned it was a scam company. Far from it. These guys were just at an unheard of level of politeness and customer support. It’s sad to say, but in this age that seems like a red flag. In fact, they completely earned our respect. The stove arrived in great shape via FedEx, and again the price was the best found in months of searching. Kudos to their team. Will look to Sauna Heater Supply again in the future. Thx, guys.

Excellent customer service! They honored a discount that had just expired even though they didn’t have to. I will certainly be returning for future sauna needs!

The associate, James, did an excellent job gathering all the necessary information and setting up my order for the new sauna heater. He verified that my calculations were correct for selecting the proper heater size and ensured that I had all the required accessories. Best of all, he did it with great ease on my part. THANK YOU!

Great commutation and support of placing my order for HUUM Steel heater
