his company has caused me significant financial loss, and I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with them to exercise extreme caution.
I have lost over ₹2 lakhs after engaging their services. Initially, I was sold dropshipping and Amazon-related services, but I was later encouraged to purchase inventory for Amazon FBA. Unfortunately, a significant portion of the inventory supplied appears to have been faulty or damaged, resulting in a customer return rate of over 30%. Eventually, my Amazon account was deactivated.
For the past month, their team has stopped responding to my messages and has not provided the documentation or supporting evidence required to address the issues raised by Amazon. I faced similar problems with my Amazon UAE account, and despite repeated attempts to contact them, I have received no meaningful response.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone looking to start an Amazon, dropshipping, or e-commerce business. I have also seen numerous complaints and allegations online from other customers, which makes my experience even more concerning.
I have now initiated legal proceedings against Saumic Jain in relation to my case. I hope the appropriate authorities investigate the matter thoroughly and that anyone found responsible is held accountable.
I would strongly encourage prospective customers to conduct extensive due diligence, review independent customer experiences, and carefully verify all claims before paying this company or purchasing inventory through them.
This is a big scam company. I have lost over 2Lakhs with this company. They made me buy FBA inventory after selling me dropshipping and amazon service and their inventory is either faulty or damaged. I have over 30% returns from customer and Amazon has deactivated my account.
Now their team has stop responding to me since 1 month and they are not giving any proof to amazon that their products are deactivated. They did the same with my Amazon UAE account and have stopped responding completely.
To new people looking to start business or do dropshipping, I strongly do not recommend them as they are fraudsters. I am surprised why they havent been investigated by police because online everyone is calling them a scam company.
I have also proceeded with legal proceedings against Saumic Jain and hopefully some action can be taken to bring this scam company down.
A big scammer, they lie to you about everything. First they will be nice and will call you 4 to 5 times in a day and once you pay, they will just call you for the training and all purpose. They didn't tell me all GST and etc on the first call. Saumic is never going to talk to you. For them the biggest business is what we pay 20k to 30k to them. I have not signed the agreement and still they are saying it's non refundable. How? Don't trust them. Whatever the proof they are showing, it's also fake and edited. Please don't pay a single penny. I am going to file an FIR today.

I PAID RS 11800 PLUS RS 2050 FOR ADVANCE AND AFTER PAYMENT THEY FAILED WHAT THEY PROMISED TO LIST THIER PRODUCTS IN 4 MARKET PLACE IN AMAZON BUT ALL WAS FAKED AND AFTER PAYMENT THEY SENT AGREEMENT TO SIGNED AND AS PER AGREEMENT THE AMOUNT NON REFUNDABLE. AND LISTING TOOK 2 MONTHS IN ONLY ONE MARKET ANS AND IN INDIA MARKET GST IS MANDATORY WHICH NOT DISCLOSED BEFORE PAYMENT. ALL FAKE CHEATER NOT RECOMMENDED. THEY WILL BE GOES IN HELL BY THE GOD ....
