I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The booking process was straightforward and efficient, with clear information provided about the available options and pricing. I booked the car for 6/7 days & all were current year models. Very professional, down to earth drivers & extremely helpful.

Smooth Ride, Rough Follow-Up: A Mixed Experience
The journey from Makkah to Madinah was smooth and comfortable. The driver was professional and the vehicle was okay, the ac in the back didn’t work though.
However, I'm disappointed with the constant WhatsApp messages requesting a 5-star rating. This aggressive approach is intrusive and detracts from the positive experience. While I appreciate good service, customers should be able to provide honest feedback without pressure.
I suggest a single, polite request for feedback after the journey instead. This would be more respectful of your customers' time and privacy.

Thank you for sharing your mixed experience with us. We're glad to hear that your journey from Makkah to Madinah was smooth and comfortable, and that our driver was professional. we appreciate you bringing the AC issue to our attention. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused
Regarding our follow-up messages, we understand your concerns and apologize if our reminders came across as intrusive. Our intention was to kindly request your feedback in a polite way, not to pressure you.
However, We've taken your feedback seriously and will reduce the number of follow-up messages to just one polite request after the journey. Your privacy and time are important to us.
