Absolute junk company can’t login reset password still can’t log in phoned them several times.
We will get someone to call you.
When they did can’t resolve and fob me off with rubbish.

Absolutely terrible customer service base.
They lent some loans irresponsibly which was agreed by the FOS, they agreed to apply redress accordingly but have failed to do this. Been going on since late last year, constantly chasing them for a clear outcome inline with the FOS but are clearly holding back and still taking money off the loans they agreed to refund on. STAY CLEAR!!!! Happy to lend without doing correct checks but when it comes to helping they do not want to know!!!! AVOID!!

If you want a Loan and dont work these are ideal they lend to you even with bad credit dont ask for wage slips

43 days in to complaint, as still not been looked at. Not holding breath for response within 56 days.

Seems that this is either 2 things.

1. They are going under and want to delay until Administration confirmed.

2. They are looking to delay any payout by trying to incentivise going to the Ombudsman.

Update: Day 51....and still not assigned to be reviewed. What a joke!

Very poor service dealing with my complaint
Sending all my emails to junk folder on purpose
Lending me money when 10k in debt
Kept sending me emails to borrow more even when reviewing my complaint
Refusing to refund any amount
Had 7 other payday loans and they kept hounding me with offers
Will be taking this to osbustom
Disnt even offer any form of good will gesture

Not happy with the service at all, accidentally took out a loan for more than what I should off. I called satsuma to inform them i accidentally took a loan out more than what I should of and paid a big lump sum back within 2 days of opening the loan so I didn’t even use majority of the money. I was not informed the interest rate would still be based on that the large amount which was accidentally taken out.

I opened the loan on 2nd December 2019 and was offered to a withdrawal which I declined as I did explain to the member of staff I still wanted to borrow a small amount. It’s now January and I’ve called to pay my full settlement fee and have now been informed the that I have to pay back more than double than what I originally wanted to borrow.

I called to make a complaint today to say I would like a manager to call me back, still no response from the company. I called through to speak to the manager as I was guaranteed a call back by 8pm to know being told sorry that manager finished at 5pm.

It’s now a Friday afternoon and can’t deal with the query until Monday morning until that manager can call me back.

Not happy one bit.

Why are lenders like this allowed to exist. APR of 991%. What is the point in the FInancial Conduct Authority doing to legislate against such exorbitant interest Charges. They are preying on the most vulnerable in our society. Unbelievable. This is in loan shark territory.

Companies like this should be banned by the FCA.

Abysmal company clearly not going to comply with final ombudsmen decision .Writing their own rules and timescales.passing the 28days Monday .No contact from them and no passing of messages on either .utter joke complaints DEPARTMENT

Most awful godforsaken loan company avoid at all costs! Got into financial difficulty and needdd some breathing space all other companies were sympathetic and put immediate measures in place to help I am still email arguing with Satsuma a week and a half after letting them know I have issues finally agreed to a call today between 8-8.30 took time off work and they called at 10 to 9 after I had to go to work. More than useless avoid at all costs

Had several loans with this company and decided to put a claim in . They stated that they done nothing wrong do I went to the ombudsman who ruled in my favour. They ignored the adjudicator from the ombudsman service twice then it went to the ombudsman for a final decision and he voted for me ,so they now have 4-8 weeks to refund me what they owe me . They are like every company they wont pay till the last minute. Just keep plugging away and you will get what you are owed don't give up. Plus you have to also remember the longer they leave it the more interest they have to pay so just sit back and watch the £ signs grow ..............

they keep calig me for 0.20 overdraft .. whe i wanted to pay my 0.20 it say i canot pay 1 pound because it is more then 0.20 ,, when i try pay 0.20 , it say i must pay at list 1 pound, when i try pay 1 pound it say i cannot pay 1 pound because it is more then 0.20 ..

and they call , and call even i e mail a hundreds of complains in just 2 month, no stop they keep bodher , day , night, sundays,,
i have 100 pound to pay which i wanted to pay of but i canot because they not let it ,, what a horror .. never again

Had a case with FOS, company slowed it every way possible, case upheld. now they stating their no way I will receive my refund within the 28days. Advisor who work their are rude and refused to put me through to complaints department, moving my account into arrears when it should
Be cleared and rest funded. unprofessional company. Avoid

I've had a few loans with satsuma and never had a problem. I like the ability to be able to payback early and save on interest

Talk about the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing.
Everyone I spoke to gave me conflicting information.
The proof of income criteria varied from one agent to another.
I had to send in various payslips. Oh we cant take one with sick pay on Oh we cant take one with holiday pay on. Then I was told to send an email of any payslip not showing sick or holiday pay.
I did this only to be told it was out of date.
I then sent confirmation of my latest payslip only to be declined.
Thanks a lot for wasting almost 2 weeks of my time.
Typical Provident behaviour. They should have been closed down years ago.

Currently going through an affordability complaint with this terrible company. I am due to receive a refund from them. I accepted the offer two weeks ago, yet I won’t receive it until near the end of December! Not only do they slow things down by sending cheques, they are an awful business to deal with! Please do not lend from this company! Quick to take your money, but slow to give it back!

Absolute joke. Put in an unaffordable claim. Dragging there feet from start to finish. Adjudicator at the FOS has repeatedly requested my file. Still waiting. They will drag this out. From other reviews i can only assume this will continue if the FOS rule in my favour. Avoid this company. Absolute joke. Taking advantage of vunerable people and thinking they can get away with it. Hope they go bust like the rest of the rip off payday lenders.

Taken this company to Financial Ombudsman and won case. This company have not yet completed what they were ordered to do in spite of having several weeks to do it. If you miss a payment, this company will be onto you like a pack of wolves minutes after your failed payment. Beware of this company.

Made a complaint to this company about irresponsible lending, they sent out a pretty bog standard reply basically saying they havent done any wrong doing well within the 8 week time frame.

I took it to the FOS to which an adjudicator found in my favour that the loans issued were unaffordable and that I should be refunded all payments towards interest.

They have failed to reply to the FOS advice so now I'm just waiting around. Shocking

Awful company! Avoid at all costs! Taken over a year to sort out my complaint through the FOS. FOS have chased them several times and asked for updates but nothing from them. Their quick enough to chase people for money but when it comes to them responding they don't want to know! Ignore all emails and correspondence from me and FOS
