I bought a pair of these. They are positively excellent. In materials. Fit and overall value. Handcrafted. I compared top brands . None fit like these. a Other Top brands offer no extras whatsoever and with all the mesh front sneakers that cause your feet to go right, left, and all over the place when you walk will give serious shin splints, ankle issues ect from lack of proper fit. So yes these by far rate the best I've seen or wore.

Muy mala experiencia y una gestión absolutamente inaceptable. Mi pedido figura como “entregado” por SEUR, pero yo no he recibido absolutamente nada. No llamaron al portero, las cámaras no muestran ninguna entrega y ninguna persona autorizada por mí ha recibido el paquete.

He reclamado a Satorisan y, en lugar de devolverme el dinero de un producto que no me han entregado, me dicen que tengo que esperar y tener paciencia mientras investigan qué ha ocurrido con SEUR, empresa de transporte contratada por ellos.

Ante la falta de solución, he tenido que iniciar una reclamación a través de mi banco para intentar recuperar mi propio dinero, por una compra que jamás he recibido.

Para colmo, el pedido era un regalo, así que ahora mismo no tengo ni el regalo ni el dinero. Desde luego, después de esta experiencia, resulta difícil confiar en que, si surge un problema con una compra, la empresa vaya a responder dando una solución rápida al cliente.

A día de hoy sigo sin producto, sin reembolso y sin una explicación por escrito de dónde se entregó el paquete o quién lo recibió. Mientras tanto, soy yo quien está perdiendo su tiempo reclamando por un problema completamente ajeno a mí.

Cuando finalmente consiga cerrar esta situación y recuperar el importe que he pagado, presentaré también la correspondiente reclamación formal ante Consumo, porque considero inaceptable la gestión que se está haciendo de una mercancía cobrada y no recibida.

J’ai déjà acheté beaucoup de paires, depuis 10 ans je les porte au quotidien, j’ai eu tellement de factures et toujours beaucoup d’inflammation, ce sont mes bottes de sept lieues, sans elles je marcherais beaucoup moins bien, avis authentique !

I paid €680 for an order that I never received.
The parcel arrived in Germany within just three days, but now, more than two weeks after it was returned by GLS, Satorisan still claims they are waiting for it to arrive at their warehouse before issuing my refund.
This delay has nothing to do with me. I cancelled the order immediately because I was away on a business trip, the parcel was returned without ever reaching me, yet I am the one left waiting for both my money and any meaningful solution.
Customer service has been extremely slow, unhelpful, and unwilling to take responsibility. Keeping a customer's €680 while blaming the shipping process is simply unacceptable.
Very disappointing experience. I will never order from Satorisan again.

Une commande de $150, d'après le site envoi gratuit et retour à $30.
A la réception UPS CHF 38.50 ! En fait très discrètement il y a l'info sur le site… La chaussure ne me tient pas à l'arrière, pourtant d'après leur proposition de taille ça devait aller, mais trop grande. Donc je dois renvoyer les chaussures. donc $30. Résultat pas de chaussures pour un coût de plus de CHF 70.-. Conclusion ! Oubliez les commandes depuis la Suisse !

In my opinion, Satorisan is one of the best footwear brands available today.

The quality of their shoes is exceptional. The materials, craftsmanship, comfort and attention to detail are outstanding. Every pair I have owned has met the highest standards, which is why I continue to choose this brand.

My most recent order experienced a serious delay due to shipping issues with UPS. The parcel became stuck in transit and an investigation had to be opened. While the situation was frustrating, I do not consider Satorisan responsible for mistakes made during the shipping process.

What truly impressed me was the way Satorisan handled the problem. Their customer service was outstanding from beginning to end. Every email was answered promptly, the express shipping fee was refunded without hesitation, and they continued to follow up with the carrier on my behalf.

At no point did I feel ignored or left alone with the problem. The team showed genuine concern and did everything possible to help and keep me informed.

High-quality footwear and equally high-quality customer service. Five stars without hesitation.

Muy mala calidad

​I am very disappointed with my Satorisan shoes. After only 1.5 years of normal urban use (commuting to work daily from spring to autumn), the soles have already worn through and developed holes.
​The shoes were never used for sports or subjected to any extreme conditions—just regular walking. Despite this, customer service claimed this was "improper use," which I find completely unacceptable.
​In this price range, a much higher level of durability is expected. While the shoes were initially comfortable and the design is attractive, the actual quality and the way they handle complaints are major letdowns.
​👉 I do not recommend these for daily use

Hace muchos años que usamos esta marca. De lo mejor que te puedes encontrar, tanto en calzado de verano como de invierno. Tenemos diferentes modelos. Comodissimo calzado con plantillas extraibles, lavable en algunos casos, buenísima piel. Precio razonable por la calidad ofrecida. Años atrás sí tenían un precio elevado, pero ahora ya hace unos 2-3 años que no. Todo perfecto.

L'unica cosa visto che vestono piccolo magari fare anche due taglie in più non sarebbe male .

NON ORDINATE ONLINE. Scarpe consegnate in super ritardo con continue menzogne raccontate dal corriere, customer service passava la patata bollente al corriere e viceversa quando la responsabilità ricade completamente su di loro alla vendita. Ho chiesto inizialmente un rimborso, che si rifiutavano di fare dicendo che prima avrei dovuto rispedire indietro gli stivali o il corriere avrebbe dovuto rimandarli a loro. Legalmente non è veritiera questa cosa, la responsabilità della non consegna comunque ricade su di loro. Dopo secoli ho finalmente ricevuto gli stivali, sono troppo grandi e ho chiesto cosa avrei potuto fare, loro mi hanno proposto uno scambio con una taglia corretta. Cosa che non mi è possibile fare perchè quella taglia non è disponibile.ALternative offerte? Scegliere un altro modello. No vabbè....

Ho acquistato un paio di satorisan chracona arrivate oggi pelle colore marrone, perfette comodissime consegna puntuale (una taglia in più è consigliata).

Los productos son buenos y bonitos , pero deberían cambiar de transportista , me tengo que pelear con Seur para que recojan un cambio cuando no es mi problema ( 1semana y no lo recogen) , hoy en día en la venta online se valora y los negocios funcionan cuando las devoluciones/cambios funcionan y son ágiles.
Repito , pongo una estrella por el servicio no por el producto.
Reclamar la recogida continuamente durante una semana y seguir igual es para mirarlo.

Compré unas satorisan Enso gaia y la tela interior se ha roto por muchos sitios en poco tiempo de uso. El exterior está perfecto y el interior sobre todo el talón muy mal. Como si la tela utilizada estuviera pasada a la hora de confeccionar la zapatilla.

Tengo unas zapatillas satorisan que la goma sobresales. Supongo que debido al roce de andar se esta desaciendo la goma. Solo hace un mes que las tengo!!!!
No se sin son defectuosas o que la goma es de mala calidad
