I have ordered a dress on 6th june but till now I didn't get my order which i have already made the payment..this a worst experience i also sent so many mails but there is no reply ..it's proper fraud case ..ND I will go up to higher side complaint about it

Their support is absolute shit. They sent me wrong size and wrong colour of the items I ordered with super cheap quality and their support team? Helped me with nothing at all! They’re absolute garbage.

They are spam. Whoever get cheated by them just report raise dispute on them so that they can be blacklisted.

Sent the wrong item, its an extremely low quality clothing company not a brand. Been mailing for a while and they keep asking share an unboxing video, damn if i knew that the product is different, why would i even order. Stay away people.

Very pathetic. Order not yet delivered. More than 10 days, order is not yet processed and poor customer service.

Sent the wrong product, even the material quality is very poor. They are fraud. Don't buy from them. No transparent return/exchange policy.

Worst online shop possible. Got my order after 3 months. And the quality is real shit. They don’t have a number to contact for return also. They have automated mails.
Warning for nobody to buy from this website in India.
The garments are nothing like what is on their website.

Looks like scam, I’ve made prepaid order on 6th of April, today is 20th, still no order and even no information about delivery date. They answered -we will send tracking ID soon. So sad ((

Fake company.

Scam company. Paid full money and almost a month now.customer support only gives automated replies on mail.no number to reach out. Don't fall for thisbfraud company that just advertises on social platforms and doesn't deliver goods.

I placed order and I am not getting my clothes despite full payment. The customer service number doesnt work, the email is fake. Only the razor pay link used is genuine. Website is fake, Fb and insta pages are fake too.

It is a whole and sole complete fraud. They stopped responding and my money is also with them. Super duper scam

Took payment and not delivering goods

Firstly, saw this add on instagram & ordered few items….there was absolutely no acknowledgement sent for the items i ordered & about payment made. i just received an order ID.

Later i wrote a mail twice to check my order status, i got a reply in very slang english statements & it was of no help…

And they took more than 20days to deliver the order & by the time i receive it i forgot what i ordered, also later i realized they have sent me one of the wrong items to me!

Pathetic service & also all clothes are china made & they sent wrong items.

I would request not to buy any items from this sassyclothes.in i.e Sri shyam traders!

They are just fraudsters. I ordered for a high neck blue t-shirt. They took almost 2 months saying that due to high demand, they will take some more time to deliver. After 2 months of consistent follow up, they sent a cheap, wrong product. They should be immediately banned from online e-commerce.

Absolutely disgusting service. They advertise daily on insta but there is no horizon to fullfilment of order or a competent customer service platform. One keeps writing to them only to get the same verbatim "Copy Paste" response. They donnot have any sort of customer interaction platform. They have even turned off their comment section on IG so that agrived customers are unable to spread the word. Please donot trust these scammers.

This is a company that makes a fool of its customers. They sent a wrong product and have been responding with automated messages and avoiding any kind of commitment on return or refund. That carried on for 2 weeks and the. Stopped responding. Bad services bad response probably scammers
