I applied for a mortgage with Santander, a truly awful experience from start to finish. Terrible customer care, awful site/app, and very unprofessional. It was a complete waste of time, every time I spoke to them they knew less about me and the application. Absolutely clueless. La Caixa were difficult but at least they were professional and I went with them in the end.
Les logo una estrella porque no me Dan la opcions de cero. Són muy poco professionals. Hace más de tres meses que solicitamos el extorno del seguro de vida. Nos van pasado con razones, no nos solucionant en absoluto. No hay garantia ninguna. És un desastre total. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Si estan buscando una compañia de seguros està és la però opcion.
Undoubtedly the worst example of any bank purporting to care for it's customers, it's lack of response to customer queries and it's avoidance of any remedy. Santander! Placing unreliable and mostly non functioning ATMs within other banks is frustrating and highlights the lack of customer care. The majority of staff within its main branch in Chiclana are rude and led by the attitude of the manager. There are a small number of staff who appear helpful but these are in the minority. I accept that most banks enjoy their reputation for being rude and obnoxious so it would be a bright light in the storm if just one bank in the town were consistently helpful spand polite, but, such a pipe dream is unrealistic.
La oficina de Santander en Oropesa. Madre mía la directora de esa sucursal. Como puede tener esa mujer con esas formas tan malas ese cargo? Es una vergüenza, La gestión nunca funciona , hace más de 6 meses que soy cliente de santander y cada dos meses me mandan correos por que dice, Le falta mi número fiscal, llamo a atención al cliente lo apuntan y a los dos meses lo mismo , ya paso de perder mi tiempo con gente q no son nada profesionales. Si quieren cerrar la cuenta pues adelante, bancos hay de sobra

I had an awful experience with Santander House Insurance in Spain.. They made a simple mistake on my house number, and because of that, I’ve been unable to launch my claim for two months ( still nothing). I have sent multiple emails to different people at Santander, and I’ve been completely ignored—not a single response.
This level of customer service is unacceptable. Total lack of accountability, professionalism, or care. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Santander Insurance. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own.
I would give zero stars if I could. Never again.

Una vergüenza de banco! Me han engañado con las condiciones de una subrogación de hipoteca y me obligan a mantener el contrato de renting cuando no he hecho uso de nada y estaba todo condicionado por las condiciones.

Regreso al Santander después de años de ausencia por la mala gestión de mis fondos de pensiones y debo reconocer que poco a poco han recuperado mi confianza, siendo en estos momentos mi banco principal
El 19 de mayo 2022 he cancelado mi cuenta. Eso fue conformado el 20 de mayo 2022 por Jesús Taranchel López, el gestor digital de santander.
Pero me siguen cobrando gastos!
When my Aunties bank account was transferred from bancopopular.es to bancosantander.es they lost some important details and in so doing that locked her out of her account. They change their Login criteria without notifying customers. They send Codes that don't work. They are always busy most of the time for Help.
They obviously don't check webpage Links to see if they work. A bank that should be shut down as unfit for purpose. One only has to search the internet to read customer complaints. Banking should not be so difficult.
Does anyone know the email address of their C.E.O ?
