Excellent customer service - available at all hours and dedicated to providing a luxury experience. I now use Jack for booking everything from 2 day trips to longer vacations. Even if you know already where you want to stay, he makes the booking process seamless and admin-free.

I didn’t end up booking in the end, due to personal family reasons, and nothing to do with Santai or the service. I wanted to leave a review anyway because my experience was so positive.

From the first conversation, Jack was warm, attentive and never pushy. He really listened to what I was after, and it was clear I was speaking to someone with a wealth of experience who genuinely cares about getting it right. Even though I wasn’t able to go ahead this time, he was gracious and understanding about it, which says a lot. The trip he’s put together for me is there, ready and waiting, for when the timing is right, and I really appreciate that there’s no pressure.

I’d happily recommend Santai to anyone looking for a more personal, thoughtful approach to travel planning.

Wow. What a trip! The guys from Santai absolutely knocked it out of the park. We spent 2 weeks sipping and eating our way through the Douro Valley, before spending a couple of days in Lisbon and Sintra and finally finishing our trip in the magical Costa Vicentina. They got us reservations in restaurants that had been booked up for months, stayed in the most relaxing and beautiful hotels and gave us local tips that would be hard to get if you were’t either a local or a travel journalist.
