So useless they actually asked for this review
Santafixie actually messaged me asking to leave a review on trustpilot. 3 weeks in to a 6-8 day delivery they still haven't managed to dispatch it. Customer service is being very slow to respond too so I don't know if I'll ever get my frame or refund from them. Not to worry though as I paid by credit card. They have another week and then I will pursue recompense through that instead

Looks like a UK company but are based in Spain which is no issue really until you want to return something. Sent a helmet back so had to pay for courier and then took about 4 weeks to process

Bicycle brake parts came via Spain, not Fusion brand & not direct replacement, but fitted ok when spacers added. Delivery not quick but within predicted time. Price ok @ £15.

Hi i required a chain wheel for my Boardman Mtx 8.6 , my search on cycle web sites and cycle stores were unsuccessful with Halfords quoting £240 for one and Evan’s cycles saying it is very difficult to find a chain wheel to match my requirement.I found on the back of my old chain wheel pro wheel and a number when I searched this on line it took me to Santafixie who had the exact chain wheel I needed. £36 seven days later my new chain wheel arrived, excellent service thanks Santafixie

A little more waiting than expected as it said on the website, but received them two weeks after said. Got parcels in damaged, so pleased with the outcome.

I placed an order for a pair of shoes. Big mistake.
I placed an order for a pair of shoes, however, after the fact I came across an article that stated that despite the manufacturer's advice that you need to order a half size smaller than usual you should order half to one size larger instead since they are smaller than average. This made me unsure and I sent an email to cancel my order. I got an automated email, saying they immediately are dealing with my issue. Five hours later in the afternoon then I got a notification that my order had been dispatched and another five hours later an email saying “...as your order is already on its way, it cannot be cancelled”. So Santafixie doesn’t have a generous return policy, to say the least, they charged £8.99 delivery fee and the return would have cost me £6.99 - just because they ignored the cancellation of the order. After some back-and-forth, they agreed to send a courier to collect the item and I will receive a full refund. So far so good, right? Well, 10 days after the shoes have been delivered the courier pickup has been arranged. This was more than 5 WEEKS ago, apparently, the courier said that no one was at the address. It is a work address with multiple people there at all times at business hours and with several pick-ups and deliveries every single day - hard to believe that they tried several times and were unsuccessful. I emailed Santafixie to get it arranged, re-arranged, and offered to send it myself, but they did nothing, finally, 3 and a half weeks ago they simply ghosted me. Utterly unprofessional, terrible customer service. I wish I could give zero ★

Never received the product, and still waiting for my refund. They use every excuses every time I email to delay the refund. It’s been 3 months I am after my money and I am still waiting.
Delivery service unreliable
For UK orders prices and selection of products are good to reasonable. One of the few companies still catering to fixed and urban bikes. Some local UK suppliers offer better pricing, which is why I didn't end up getting more parts from them for a build I would assemble during holidays abroad. Seems like wheelset (that need to be built) are shipped from Spain. Santafixie seem to be one of the few companies providing coaster and internal hub wheelsets for 700c 23-28 rims. However, not sure why their 3 speed internal hub version could only be provided with rims that have break surfaces rather than full black like with their standard coaster break wheelset (felt like left over stock). The whole point of getting a back pedal break is to avoid unnecessary parts on the frame. When I ordered my 3 Speeds Coaster Brake Wheelset on Monday 15/07/24 it said it would take up to 7-8 working days, currently 5-6. I contacted Santafixie to see if they could do urgent delivery as I had planned to leave the following Tuesday (23/07/24), but this was not possible. Also was it not possible to swap out the black silver rims for full black. They were responsive, but responses felt generic and had to remind them of my questions regarding the wheel build. Eventually I received a tracking number and link to GLS, which claimed delivery no later than 24/07/24) so I changed my departure date and waited as long as I could, missing my initial Eurotunnel departure time. However there were no clear updates from GLS regarding delivery and eventually while abroad received notification from Parcel Force that my package was to be delivered on Monday 29/07/24. Links for alternate delivery options gave domain errors, but eventually managed to have the package delivered to my neighbour 11 working days (15 total) after order.
