This company is misleading. I ordered perfume from their website which clearly shows glass bottles but recieved perfume in cheap plastic bottles, when I went back to the order page, in the last 2/6 pages of the product it showed that glass bottle or plastic bottle either can be recieved with same fragrance. They are deliberately cheating their customers .

I m from Mumbai, 21/05/2026 I Ihad ordered. it's been 2 months now and my order has not been received, customer care no. Not exist, non working, no matter how many times I mailed but there is no response, finally I filed a consumer complaint.have done. This sanfe company is a fraud, it is a very big scam.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Sanfe regarding my order. I prepaid for a product, and after waiting for over a month, I was informed that my order had been cancelled. This cancellation felt wilful and unjustified, as there was no clear communication or explanation provided.

The lack of transparency and the extended wait time have left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I expected better service, especially after making a payment in advance. I hope Sanfe can address this issue and improve their customer service in the future or refund the amount immediately after seeing this message.

Very poor service. I still haven't received my product, and there are no proper tracking updates. Despite sending multiple emails, I haven't received any response. Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer support.

Scam Compnay, do not buy there products, they are fake like there marketing.

I have order some products on 3 May 26 and today 16 June 26 but still my order not been packed, dispatched though my order is prepaid order and my money is stuck. Thinking of filing a legal complain against this.

Would’ve given 0 stars if it was possible. Awful customer service and communication- had placed an order and it by default took an address connected to my phone number where I don’t even live- tried emailing and calling, they replied to email saying address will be updated but delivery attempts were made to wrong address and then no response, no cancellation or refund and nothing. Never ever will recommend this. 560 rs went down the drain.

There service is pathetic, more than 2 weeks placed the order no update yet, Customer service horrible, contact number not working, not even replying on mails. Just horrible don’t trust these mf’s.

Their customer care service is pathetic. None of the contact numbers work, no one answers calls, and there is no proper support for customers. Once the payment is done, they simply stop caring.

Extremely disappointing experience with Sanfe.

I placed a prepaid order on 9th May and even after waiting for weeks, my order was not dispatched on time. The company accepted full payment despite apparently not having sufficient stock available.

Throughout the delay, I received multiple emails stating that the issue was being escalated and that dispatch would happen soon. However, there was no actual progress. Even after a tracking ID was generated, the shipment remained stuck at "Awaiting Pickup," indicating that the parcel had not even been handed over to the courier.

As a customer, it is very frustrating to keep receiving apologies and promises while the order remains undelivered. Better inventory management, transparent communication, and timely fulfillment are expected from any company accepting prepaid orders.

Unfortunately, my experience has been poor due to the excessive delay and lack of resolution.

I have places two orders on 17th may and have been trying to reach the customer care from last two days as after 10days of placing the order I didn't get any status update for the order .can't trust the site ...and that a prepaid order

Very pathetic..Fraud people..prepaid for my products..fake number goven in website..managed to address the issue via the chatbot. As thebot said, an agent from sanfe called me and asked to install apk file. Trusted blindly as they said it is company's policy for refund. Instead of refund(already looted my money), they tried accessing my UPI without my knowledge and have tried for money transfer. But by God's grace, i blocked my account, so that the fraud transaction failed..Beware people..Most of the online sites r cheaters and frauds who want to loot money from others..Product also not delivered and also my phone got hacked by them...Total thieves..Gangsters..

scam don't buy this products this is scam ordered products from Sanfe (sanfe.in) on 25th April 2026 and paid ₹849.15 via UPI on 21st April 2026 and now may 06/05/2026 after 15 days not take any action I'm completes so many times (Transaction ID: 152256750714 and now they are not give the refund which violates Consumer Protection Act 2019. I demand full refund

Pathetic customer support. They are fraud. The will ship the first order to gain trust and after that they will nor deliver the order nor refund back. They are fraud. I ordered on 17th apr 2026. Its may 5th today still no response on my mail or instagram.

I've not used the product as I never received it...I've ordered on 19th March but till today that's 27th March ..not received my product..n they expect me to wait more 5- 6 days
