They took my money and then nothing happened. No order acknowledgement was sent. I emailed and they asked what the shipping address was (like they didn't know). I replied and then they went silent again. No answers when you phone, emailing is a waste of time.
Opened a dispute with PayPal. Hopefully I will get my cash back.

Item never delivered, no tracking sent. No one answers the phone, no one responds to emails. Avoid at all xosts

Ordered Uggs for my daughter. Told they’d be delivered in 2/3 working days. Received nothing. Emailed them and got a quick generic reply saying due to high volume of sales on Black Friday/cyber Monday my order would be an additional 2/3 working days. After 7 working days I emailed again, no reply.
Then today my order was cancelled. No email, sorry about this, nothing! Horrendous first time buying from this site. Never again!

I ordered a pair of heels from Sandersons on Monday, December 2nd, specifically for an important event at Buckingham Palace on Wednesday, December 11th. It’s now five days later, and I still haven’t received them—or even a tracking number to confirm they’ve been dispatched.

This delay is incredibly stressful, as I’m running out of time to find a suitable replacement that works with my outfit. To make matters worse, I’ve been trying to contact Sandersons’ online department via phone and email, but I haven’t received any response. Their lack of communication and poor customer service is truly disappointing.

I have ordered the ugg boots mini dipper during black Friday for gift.

They were promised to deliver this in 2-3 working days which did not happen.

I have called the line 100 times 100 times to figure out wtf is going wrong. No one replied no one is responsible no one works in this car?

SO what happened is they cancelled my order without any notice any explanation. the boots they have were 115 pounds during the offer no if I want to buy I have to spend 165.

THIS IS THE WORST THE WORST SCAM EVER. I WILL DO ALL MY EFFORT SO NOONE WILL TRUST THIS SHIT ANYMORE

Really bad communication.
I bought boots as a gift. Box arrived damaged. Took ages for them to respond. They then asked for photos. This was sent. They want more pictures. Not sure why or for what purpose. I have e mailed them again three times this week. No response.

I have ordered a birthday gift for my wife and paid £ 7.95 for next day delivery . The order was confirmed and the money was taken out of my account . When I didn't receive any notification of delivery during the next 3 days ,I tried to phone the company but it was impossible as no one would answer . I wrote 2 Emails but no reply . 5 days have passed and no response . My wife birthday is now over and I am still without a response from the company . Very sad . Never again

Would give zero stars if I could! Ordered some boots and paid for next day delivery with DPD, had ridiculous issues with them and no item received. Obviously not Sandersons fault but I emailed several times and they took a while to respond. Then agreed to have the parcel sent back to them and they would then issue a refund. The last tracking update on DPD was FIVE days ago and no response from Sandersons to my emails, customer service is so poor! I now have no item and no money. Awful experience, will not use again.

If I could give a minus score I would:
1. August 22/24- ordered shutters and paid 50% deposit. Told survey and measurement would happen within 7 days.
2. Had to chase to get survey done- eventually happened on 10/08/24.
3. Installation confirmed for 15/10/24
4. Balance paid for shutters and install 15/09/24
5. Installer did not turn up on 15/10/24- eventually told ‘he had left the company’ £75 compensation offered. New install date of 13/11/24 given
6. 13/11/24 installer arrived. The measurement had not been accurately taken and the order was missing 2 crucial parts. Still awaiting payment of £75 compensation.
7. 13/11/24 Told shutters could not be installed prior to Christmas. Because of this and everything that happened, and because I was only offered a £150 reduction in cost after everything that had gone wrong, decided I wanted to cancel and receive reimbursement of funds.
8. 23/11/24 Received partial reimbursement of funds, minus the £75 compensation paid. Told the £75 was a reduction in price not compensation so £75 NOT owed to me.

The above is a very shortened version of events. I thought Sanderson were reputable company, but this has proved not to be the case. My whole experience from beginning to end has been appalling. The customer service is atrocious, and I have been treated throughout as if it is I who have made mistakes.

There are plenty of other companies providing the same services and goods as Sanderson- use them.

I bought an item which wasn’t right. I sent it back within 2 days and followed their procedure. Paid £10 to have it tracked thankfully. Could see it had been delivered and signed for. Emailed numerous times as no acknowledgement. The only saving grace I paid via clearpay and I think because I opened a dispute with all my proof of purchases two weeks later I got my refund!!
Spend slightly more money and buy elsewhere.

I placed an order for some UGG slippers on Thursday night and they have already got to me by Saturday morning. I was little hesitant at first after reading the reviews but the price was great so I placed my order and I’m so pleased with everything. My order was perfect, exactly how I would expect to receive it, delivery was quicker than expected and from the moment I placed the order I was kept up to date about any updates. I will definitely be ordering from this store again and cannot fault anything. Thank you Sanderson’s :)

Ordered item, item showed as in stock. Received an email around one week after ordering which stated I would receive a refund as requested. I did not receive my item or request a refund. I was told to allow 10-14 days for my refund to be received. Great , so I’m waiting 14 days for a refund for an item I did not receive in the first instance. Chased the refund up again 4 days ago and was advised from Nicole that she would process it that day. Not sure why it hasn’t been processed 14 days ago ? Anyway still not received the refund. Very disappointed.

Item ordered was returned the next day but I am still waiting for a refund despite 14 working days having elasped. When I call they assure me it is being sorted but as yet the money has not been credited back to me.

Delivery bang on time, and perfume was protected with bubble wrap, yes I would use this service again so long as the quality and price is reasonable, thank you for the perfume

What an uncaring company! I was diagnosed with a serious disease and when I wanted to exchange a hat I bought, they refused! The customer service lady Nicole tried her best, but it’s the management at fault here! Yes, I was outside the return or exchange period but they have no heart and I will NEVER purchase anything from them again.

I must admit I was a bit nervous after reading some of these reviews after my purchase however I needn’t have worried .Super fast response from customer services as I realised my door number wasn’t on delivery information and a super fast delivery and beautifully wrapped
So a massive thumbs up from me

Placed order online (item showing in stock). Got a random email advising ‘requested’ refund in 10-14 days (I didn’t make the request)…. No explanation as to why refund or any niceties.

Payment was via PayPal so why accept the funds if there was a reason they couldn’t fulfil?

Totally wasted my time….

Won’t be using again.

Would highly recommend. Found the Ugg boots I was after for £50 less than the Ugg website. Ordered on Sat 9th Nov and they arrived on Mon 11th so really fast processing and delivery.
Can’t fault Sandersons at all. Will deffo shop on website again and recommend to friends and family.

Unfortunately my rating has gone from 5 star for some great customer service to, 2 weeks later, 1 star for very poor handling of an issue. When there's a problem, there is no polite customer service, it seems to be all computer generated. There is no one to talk to, no help offered. There were extenuating circumstances to getting a return back within 14 days involving an online conversation with a member of staff which was not taken into account. Bottom line is get your returns back well BEFORE 14 DAYS or there is no refund whatever the circumstances. Just seems unhelpful and avaricious - Wont be using them again.
