The item eventually did turn up however…
The item eventually did turn up however there was NO communication.. no confirmation of order.. no dispatch.. nothing. I ended up buying the same item somewhere else so I had a duplicate and the faff of sending one back. Why now three months later do I have 2 requests to review this company on Trustpilot? Also they have recently closed their department store local to us so the trust has gone.

Very disappointed
I recently ordered a perfume from your Sanderson website as my first time trying it. However, after applying it, I noticed a rash develop on my neck, which turned red. I washed it off with water and waited for it to subside, but I have to admit, I panicked a bit. The next day, I reached out to your customer service to explain the situation. Unfortunately, the response I received was not apologetic at all. The representative simply stated that since I used the product, returns were not possible.
I replied asking for reconsideration, but the response was blunt and impolite. I was extremely disappointed by her attitude and unwillingness to listen. She kept repeating that it was company policy, despite my explanation about the adverse reaction. I was so focused on trying to see if the rash would subside that I didn’t take any photos at the time, but my main concern was the reaction I had.
I genuinely love the perfume, it’s beautiful, but I wish I could have used it without issue. Unfortunately, this experience has left me disappointed, and I feel the company has not been fair in handling my concern.

Awful. Will never shop here again
Sent the wrong item then it went out of stock. Take ages to respond or actually answer questions raised and seem to have a policy of 15 working days for your refund when they are at fault. Utter joke and would never shop here again. Other reviews seem to be accurate.

Terrible service
Terrible service, customer not valued at all! Total arrogance from so called floor manager at Sheffield store. Final straw when wouldn't reimburse £16+ Pal Zileri sale T shirt, which was ill fitting, and unsuitable! Excuse.. tag in wrong place on garment!!
It came to me with tag bent and loose within packaging.
Prior to that, wouldn't exchange an online garment against one of higher value, spurning an opportunity to gain a much better sale!
One more, Jacob Cohen jeans £360 priced matched to online price. Bought as a Christmas present for myself, then week after Christmas banged down to £180. Felt cheated.. No confidence in the company!!!!

Wrong jacket...wrong price they didn't really care
I ordered a Pal Zileri insert jacket priced at £117, amazing bargain so I grabbed it. The jacket arrived in a massive damaged box loosely wrapped in tissue. It was the wrong jacket which was similar but didn't have the insert and was priced on their website at £103. I reached out to resolve and after several emails and a photo I was sent a returns note. I actually liked the jacket so offered to keep it but at the price it was on the website with maybe a gesture of goodwill. Their head of E-Commerce messaged asking me if I'd like to keep the jacket for £117 so wasn't massively impressed.

The item delivered was as per the product description. You cannot compare with any other V neck Gran Sasso quality. I received the goods within 24 hours which was exceptional. Sandersons have always been spot on with service and quality.
