I am a blasting novice but wanted a sandblaster to clean up oak beams in my house restoration works.
I spoke to Julie over the phone and got some great advice on the blaster and the media I needed to do the job. She couldn’t be more helpful and the twin tank blaster I purchased was fantastic and I’m sure I’ll pick up lots more work now I’ve got this kit.

We ordered 2 bags of Garnet 120 mesh which was poured into one substandard bag without any product information and was split , when we very carefully unpicked the bin liner it came in most of the sand ended up on the floor

Well what can I say. I what on the website to open a Account. No problem at all. I paid for my order and they sent me a receipt.

This seller was first class i needed a shot blast cabinet and he explained the best pressure to blast at i went to collect a slightly damaged cabinet and because i went to collect he upgraded it to a new one first class service

I bought a product from Sandblasters for about £250 and it started to fall apart after a few months. After contacting customer service I received no reply, so I called and the lady wasn’t helpful or polite. Eventually I get a email response which was to delay the resolution of the issue because the gentleman in charge was going on holiday.
I chase again a couple of times and eventually several weeks later the reply is they cannot help and that I should call the manufacturer.
The manufacturer tells me the retailer should be resolving it. So I return to Sandblasters customer service and despite 3 emails over the period of a month I have still not heard a thing. The silence is deafening. Thank goodness I hadn’t bought one of their products worth several thousand pounds is all I can say. I wouldn’t advise anyone in good conscience to use this company.
