I ordered some eco products, and everything was fine.
Despite the store claiming to ship within 2-4 working days, I waited 10 days to enquire about my order.
I used the chat box on the website and the email address provided at the bottom of the order confirmation.
Replying using that email address (given at the bottom of their email) or replying to their email comes back with an immediate Delivery Status Notification (Failure) email.
The reason: Your message wasn't delivered because the address couldn't be found.

So this shop doesn't exist, is completely fake and doesn't reply to emails or chats (their chat box is likely just for show and no one ever monitors it).
They also break the law:
- Their address is only searchable on Google. Not on their website.
- Their website also does not have a cookie sign-out (this is illegal since 2016), returns or a legal blurb that they are taking data seriously (again, this is illegal).

Ordered some sunglasses. Shown as in stock. Ordered next day delivery. Got a confirmation email. Got tracking through the Shop app. Nothing has happened since. No responses on chat no responses on email, nothing. On the plus side they don't seem to have billed me... Yet.

Love this shop. Have bought a few things from here, the selection and the quality are great, and the team are really helpful and friendly.
