I use to pay $8.00 for a very long time to have 2 items delivered to me or shipping in my own city and now its $12.00. It aint worth it. They can screw themselves cause they aint screwing me over with a delivery fee of $12.00.

After placing multiple online orders we have received notice of cancelation of part, or all of the order. This is deceptive. Like "we order it and then they decide what they will deliver and what they won't." I consider this to be a very unethical business practice.

Placed an online order on 9/12 which was scheduled to deliver on 9/15. Said order was delayed at carrier hub on 9/13. As of today 9/16 its still delayed. Contacted customer support and asked what my options were and they said i would need to wait 72 hrs from delivery date in order to get a refund or replacement. Well Sams keeps updating the delivery date, its so far been 9/15,9/16, and now 9/17 with absolutely no movement on tracking. Customer service said there was nothing they could do and before i had a chance to ask a question they ended the chat.

Ordered items for home delivery and FedEx delivered my package to the wrong location. Contacted Sam’s Club customer service and they were great. Sent a replacement order immediately with no hassle whatsoever with no charge to me.

. My wife had to go to the emergency room this morning, so I went to pick up both of our grocery orders, which we had placed separately. I provided both order numbers and proof that my wife and I live at the same address, but the employees still refused to release her order and canceled it.

The money does not return immediately after cancellation, leaving us without the groceries or the funds to replace them. This is the only day I have available this week to pick up groceries because I work 60 hours a week, and we have children to feed.

I understand the need for security procedures, but there should be a reasonable solution for emergencies involving spouses especially when the customer can provide the order number, identification, and proof of the same household. Instead of helping during a difficult situation, Sam’s Club made it significantly worse. This policy and the way the situation was handled show a complete lack of flexibility, compassion, and basic customer service.

went to purchase some oil that was on sale, found one case that was mixed in with a diffrent weight. asked an employee who was walking by to contact some one to pull down the pallet of the product that was obe shelf up and they sain no. I went to customer service and asked for a manager, a young girl said im a manager i can help. When i told them what i needed, i was told no one was around that could help and i asked for the DM number and was told that she cant give that out because shes not a manager???? I requested a manager again, the the person that came to talk with me told me i would have to come back tomorrow or go to a diffrent store. pretty lazy staff

Sam's club DISCRIMINATES AGAINST CUSTOMERS WHO CAN'T VISIT THEIR CLUBS. UNLESS YOU VISIT THEIR CLUB, " YOU WILL NOT GET THE 2% SAMS CASH." The order was late. THE DRIVER DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. ICE HAS BEEN CONTACTED

Muy mal servicio a veces los empleados sin ganas y groseros , los gerentes mal educados para atender. En la cafetería no hay ensaladas ni muchas cosas más , siempre les está faltando algoo de las ensaladas o de otra cosa . Tardan mucho y falta personal en la parte de comida. Mejoren eso si no quieren perder clientela

I am disabled and I live on food stamps well seems to be there's no way that Sam's will give a poor boy like me or people like myself which I'm sure there are many at Sam's they could use a discount I can't afford $60 this year but I could really use your membership so please what about a poor people out here disabled on SSI and stuff like that you should give us a break man ask your community. Yeah but I don't care I'm quite sure about that all right well God bless

I’m 74 years old and Sam’s Club credit card is the worse experience that I’ve ever had. I could write a book on how horrible my experience was with them but I’ll simply say STAY AWAY from Sam’s credit card.

Wow Sam's Club has hit a new low, an engagement ring that I ordered and paid approximately 5000 YS was supposed to arrive tomorrow, yet nothing showing in transit, called customer service and they were absolutely useless, isn't it there responsibility to track all orders and verify accuracy for the customer?? Apparently not these idiots now I'm forced to wait as the merchant they attempt to contact,I actually took off from work to facilitate, not only am I losing my job pay but also , still don't have the ring truly horrible company, avoid remember there is Costco and BJ's , Sam's Club truly sucks !

Complete lack of customer service. Curbside service is awful and I buy the plus membership because I’m unable to lift the heavy objects. Pedro, the curbside manager, is the most incompetent and an extremely rude person. My orders are rarely complete. I called the complaint department and was assured my issues would not be ignored. Here it is 6 weeks later and still no response. I’ve been a member for 30+ years, but this is the end for me. Sams club has totally gone down hill. Today I tried to use my earned Sams Cash toward my final bill and was told you have to be a member to use it. Guess it wasn’t really “earned”. Do yourself a favor and join the other box stores. I did. Way less frustration!

I had a nail in my tire. Im 80 and did not feel good. Rygee ( i think that was his name) at Macon, Ga.,was so kind and good to me.
He got right on fixing my tire. I would give 10 stars if I could and I recommend Sams to give him a raise , you want to keep an employee like him. THANKS

Aunt Millie’s low carb bread ,Best Buy dates on most double packs of bread are impossible to read the date ,had to look Thur many pks.to find a date that I could barely read the dates ,we don’t buy bread without a decent date because of close to expired dates also places not rotating their bread properly ,

This was a very disappointing delivery. The bag of pellet salt arrived with a huge hole in it and salt spilling out, and my Chobani protein shakes had clearly been opened, with shakes missing. Other Items were also missing from my order.
I’m not sure whether this happened during the Sam’s Club fulfillment process or while the order was being handled by the delivery service, but either way, these items should not have arrived in this condition. Food products arriving opened and missing items is especially concerning.
I understand that accidents can happen during delivery, but I expect my order to arrive intact, complete, and handled with reasonable care. Unfortunately, this delivery fell well short of that standard.

Shockingly, Sams Club has tried to charge my card for an unauthorized renewal and customer service would not cancel renewal. Had to close the credit card which is unthinkable. Never again.

I ordered a freezer from Sam's club and they said it would be delivered Aug 25 it was not. Then they said it would be delivered today Aug 26th and it was not. Fedex show's it in Colorado. This is the first time ordering from Sam's club. I could have went to Lowe's and picked it up the same day. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional service

I had a very bad experience with Sam's for the past 11 months as a member. I could not log into my account to do online orders without having to speak to their service bureau in the Philippines which is the most annoying experience. If I could get into my account, when I tried to place an order for shipping or pick-up, I was asked to go get a 6 digit code to load into my email which came after the 15 minute deadline to type in the code. I was finally referred to a customer service rep and he was useless. After months of telling me Sam's was investigating, he finally came back to me and said the problem was that I have Comcast for my internet and apparently Sam's doesn't work well with Comcast/Xfinity. Not true. I also was just sold supposedly a new Bissell vacuum cleaner which made horrendous grinding noises when assembled. We looked it over and the roller was cracked and reglued ... at the factory. Further, Sam's absolutely refuses to take a Walmart gift card when ordering on line. This has led to numerous issues. When I remove it .. the order will go through ... not even asking for a code.
SAM'S IS TERRIBLE. MY MEMBERSHIP EXPIRES SOON AND I AM NOT RENEWING. THANK GOD FOR COSTCO!

I ordered several dozen roses and lilies for our daughter’s wedding. I can’t say enough how absolutely beautiful they were. My friends are still raving about how stunning they looked even 5 days later. They arrived in perfect condition and have opened up beautifully with not a single droopy flower. Simply breathtaking!
