While we’re a large-scale provider that’s capable of creating massive orders for the likes of Microsoft, we have a small, community business mindset that means a little league coach’s order is treated with the same attention and urgency as that of a Fortune 500 company. We understand that personalized products are incredibly important. You need to know that your order will arrive on time looking perfect. That’s why we keep everything in-house. As soon as an order comes in, it’s reviewed by a real human before it’s sent off for printing in our own, 10,000-square-foot production facility. Our standards are simply too high to let anyone else have a hand in what we do.

Not the best experience
The website didnt work properly so I had to create the order in an email. Took about 6 tries before the order was gotten correct and I was able to approve it. Then it was printed wrong, and I asked about receiving the ones printed in the wrong logo color bc who else wants our logo? Got no response. This exteneded delivery time to reprint, then one item was incorrect, although one brands sizes were not true to form. So essentially 2 weren't right. Received credit for only 1 shirt and had to order new to accomodate recipient of wrong/inaccurate sizes. Was given a $10 credit I think, after a $1500 order that was delayed. Had much better experience last year and will be definitely be exploring other options when it comes time to order again.
