Cea mai proasta experienta cu un curierat. Fugiti de ei daca platiti comanda in avans, mai bine platiti la livrare.

Colet distrus de curier atat ambalajul cat si continutul

Au marit preturile dar au sistat serviciul de avizare prin SMS si au redus timpul de ridicare a coletelor. Chiar nu e OK!

I would have went with 0 stars. Only an Ai replies to the customers and does it wrong. But don t worry about it and keep on making money no matter that your reputation goes to sh t.

Am avut o experiență extrem de neplăcută de curand cu livrarea coletului. Şoferul a vorbit obraznic la telefon şi mi-a închis apelul fără explicații de mai multe ori. A promis intr-un finsl că revine a doua zi cu coletul, dar nu s-a prezentat. A doua zi, după numeroase apeluri, a răspuns tot obraznic, spunând că este în concediu. Comunicarea a fost inexistentă şi lipsită de profesionalism. Nu recomand serviciile acestui curier.

Menționez ,curierii sameday din județul Tulcea sunt foarte prompți ,mereu ajung la timp cu coletele. Lucrez cu sameday de vreo 2 ani . Trimit foarte multe colete inclusiv pe platforma Vinted . Sunt complet mulțumită de ei și de serviciile prestate . Ar merita o mărire de salariu ,pentru ca știu ca nu se lucrează pe bani mulți . Chiar merită .

Together with a Chinese platform = the worst combination ever. If is case of lost/damage your package YOU and only you as receiver must call to see what is the status of the goods, where are the goods, why is in delay, etc.. Nobody cares; they lose your package and no apologies, no compensation, no updated statuses. So, pray that you don't have any lost packages and don't buy items for gifts to avoid any bad surprise.

Horrible experience. I have no idea how they are still in business. No care about the customers at all. One star is one star to much.

Foarte proasta experienta. Dupa doua zile coletul depus la easybox se afla in acelasi oras. S au pierdut programari din cauza lor. Trebuie evitați.

Sameday Romania este cel mai slab curier. Pacat de cativa oameni buni care lucreaza acolo. S-au invatat sa minta si trimit mesaje gen "livrare incercata fara succes, adresa eronata" si de fapt livrarea este la acelasi lokker de ani de zile. :((( Ori ca era lokker-ul ocupat, ori au alte probleme, nu este ok sa minta! Pot sa spuna "lokker ocupat" alege altul din zona, etc insa sunt tare dezamagit! Nu recomand!

Damaged the product and blamed me for not packing it as per their guideline. Even tho I packed the product with many layers of wrap, filling and sponge.
Paid the insurance and they are denying a refund.

Colet nelivrat. Caz nesolutionat.
Le-am trimis din Termeni si Conditii un articol si nu au mai spus nimic.

Sun la suport clienti de dimineata sa imi modifice adresa de livreare, coletul tot la aceeasi adresa se livreaza...

I ordered from Shein and Sameday is the courier that was assigned to deliver my package to the delivery address I indicated. However, instead of delivering my order to my address, I received an email from Sameday that my order has been loaded at a different pick up point and that I have to collect it personally with the code that they provided. This is unacceptable because I paid extra for the shipping fee and I expected that they would delivery my order to my place. I tried to contact Sameday to deliver my order to my exact address which they were supposed to deliver but this courier did not answer emails and calls. Now my order has been sent to another pick up point which is too far from my address, I have to take a bus or train to get there! I am too disappointed with the service of Sameday, I might have to cancel my order from Shein. I hope Shein will cancel their agreement wit this courier because it will just give Shein a bad reputation.

The box was empty, I had to pay before to have it open, but then my package was not inside.
Since then, longer a month, I am still in discussions with them and you cannot contact them easily. They will never pay you back if the package is not arriving to you!

sunt neseriosi si nesimtiti, la noi nici nu urca pe strada (ca cica isi strica masinile) apoi cer si mai multi bani decat este scris la comanda.. patetici

M-a sunat curierul. Am vorbit a zis ca ajunge. Nu a mai ajuns. La ora 19:00 a declarat comanda amanata de catre destinatar adica de catre mine desi nu am facut o astfel de cerere. Nu a dat nici macar telefon sau SMS.

Apoi au trimis un mesaj automat pe email:
Hei, te-am căutat astăzi pentru livrarea coletului 4EMG24158..... de la eMAG.
Poți apela curierul direct din SAMEDAY App sau la numărul 074782 ....

Vom face o nouă încercare de livrare în următoarele zile.

Atat s-a putut. Acuma o sa se plimbe cu coletul in masina pana fac retur la el. Ma duc sa cumpar din alta parte. Pacat de firma care a trimis coletul firma serioasa angajati-va curieri nu mai faceti contracte de colaborare cu firme neserioase.
