Totally Fake and 100% Scam
I had a terrible experience with Samaaya Jaipur. They took ₹50000 from me and never delivered the product. After receiving the payment, they completely stopped responding, blocked me on email and WhatsApp, and disappeared.
It’s clear that this company exists only to scam people. Their website is filled with fake old reviews to deceive customers. Do not trust them! They will take your money and vanish. I strongly advise against buying anything from them.
I hope this review helps others avoid being scammed like I was. Report them if you can!

Really bad. Order came nothing like the image and was like a cotton kurta style - definitely not appropriate for a wedding event if that is what you are considering for. Gave a random red scarf with a yellow and pink outfit (picture showed pink) They could argue that they just capture it better but it is still the same but the border and arm sleeves were completely different. Yes they give option for custom measurements but it is best to work on sending out what you actually show first. Disappointing and refund is only store credit. Why would I want to order from here again?

I recently purchased an outfit (lehenga set) from Sammaya Jaipur and was very very satisfied with the quality and especially the personalized customer service. They have a very professional & caring team and the CEO Deepak ji himself helped me with all my queries in a very professional way. He made sure everything I asked for was taken care of. Infact, they even provided speedy service with delivering the outfit to the hotel I was at and also when I requested alterations, they right away sent for someone to pick up the blouse and sent it back in 1 hour with complete alterations. I will continue to place orders with Sammaya Jaipur and thank them for a wonderful experience 🙏🏻

After several failed attempts to get in touch with the contact centre over emails and WhatsApp, I have not recieved any communication regarding the status of my order. They have just ghosted me over any form of communication. This is absolutely disappointing and very frustrating
