Bought a Jaguar ftype s from Salvatore Performance about 7/8 months ago. There were some scratches on the car when I viewed it and they got them removed for when i collected the car. They are very friendly and know alot about what they are doing. I have had no problems with the car and it is running perfectly. Would definitely recommend and will definitely consider buying a car from them in the future.

Cannot recommend this company enough. Recently bought a Jaguar F-Type from Salvatoreperformance and I’ve got to say it was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had in my life. We came all the way from South London and they were kind enough to pick us up from the train station. Friendly, professional and caring. I strongly recommend them if you're looking to buy a car that looks and feels like it's new.

Usually I don't give 5 stars but they really deserve it. Such a great experience!!!! I'm always suspicious about people that selling cars but I have to admit that this is been by far the best experience by far. Emailed them and they responded right away. When I arrived they answered all my questions and concerns. Also, they have a very good prices!!!! It is worth it.

Part Exchange Price is Dreadful
Company wasn't interested in a deal. The part exchange price was £2,000 lower than 2 other independent car sales and then I was told the part exchange price i have been given was the retail price. I could get more if I took my car to we buy any car.... such a shame.

I had been looking for an Audi R8 for quite a while but wasn’t able to find the right one. Eventually I came across one at Salvatore Performance. I found their YouTube testimonial videos with customers and loved their transparency. I booked a date and time to go down and they surpassed all my expectation. The car was perfect and their knowledge of cars blew me away. They answered all my questions, questions that a lot of other dealers that I had called couldn’t answer.

Purchased a Audi RS4 from Salvatore Performance and received exceptional customer service and guidance from the get go. Naturally, I had reservations purchasing a car from an independent dealership due to the nature of the car business, however this was a smooth process from start to finish, I would definitely go back when it is time for an upgrade.

Terrific experience at Salvatore Performance. A genuine focus on customer service and friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable staff. They couldn’t have been more accommodating when organising my test drive of the Aston Martin and even offered to have a full independent inspection should I require. I will very definitely be back.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a BMW i8 for my partner for his 40th birthday from Salvatore Performance, and I have to say that their service exceeded my expectations. As someone who isn't particularly knowledgeable about cars, I was unsure which car would be the best fit for my partner. Made me feel welcomed
Picked me up from the airport after a flight from Northern Ireland, zero pressure to buy, and I do mean absolutely no pressure at all. Treated my like a guest, not a customer. They even offered me lunch! I'm not joking!!. These people are real petrol heads, not used car salesmen. Completely honest, helpful. So accommodating, and I really can’t recommend them highly enough.

What can I say
What can I say, great service from Salvatore Performance. I have waited around 3 months before I wrote this review because I wanted to make sure the car is perfect and it certainly has been. I’ve driven the car circa 3,000 miles in that time and it has not missed a beat. This is my first Aston Martin, so I was obviously a little apprehensive about how it all works and what the drive should be like etc., little things that you soon get used to, but they was always made themselves available to answer any questions I have to put my mind at ease whenever I called. Obviously Aston Martins are not something you buy every day, but I can say without hesitation Salvatore Performance will be the first place I contact when I look to change my current model.

Excellent service from Salvatore Performance, I purchased a much lower value car to what they normally sell. Most of their stock is in the £40k plus region so I appreciated all the time and care they took with me. He gave me the same treatment and care as he would when selling a more expensive car. After a long period of online research, I called Salvatore Performance. They were incredible and gave me a very trustworthy feeling to buy a BMW i8 from them. Takes deposit but sells elsewhere
Took a £300 deposit and agreed a sale price on Friday. Then sold to someone else on Sunday. Didn’t even let me know until I asked for an update on when the car would be ready on Tuesday.
Likely sold it to someone else to avoid repairing a potential gearbox issue identified on the test drive
Update: I just had an email saying that Salvatore flagged my review as non genuine. So below are the exact details of the car he sold to someone else knowing it had a fault. I have also provided trustpilot with screenshots of his email to me confirming there was a noise that needed fixing.

Model: BMW M235i Manual White
Update 2: After 7 months, they finally respond to the review. You can see the level of professionalism you should expect from this individual from their response. Resorting to accusations of racism...
They claim they ended up selling to another party, yet took my deposit, agreed a sale price, and didn't even tell me they sold the car to someone else until I asked if the car was ready to pick up.
Choosing who they sell a car to is their right, but taking a deposit and then selling to another customer, without refunding the deposit is illegal...
There are plenty of reputable dealers out there, you don't need to be buying cars from someone dealing off their mum's driveway.

Your feedback is completely false and inaccurate. If the vehicle had an alleged ‘gearbox issue’, why would you then still want to proceed with the purchase and leave a deposit. The vehicle was in incredible condition for an extremely great value which is the reason you left a deposit.
Ultimately, we ended up selling the vehicle to another party because on reflection, in our many years of doing business, we had never been treated with such disrespect. You came to view the car with your father and both of you continuously made peculiar remarks about car salesman, our trade and personal racist comments during the viewing. We contacted you to inform you of our decision and refunded you your deposit in full immediately.
We do not condone this sort of behaviour. We are in the fortunate position of having great performance cars at incredible value so we often have more than one buyer to choose from and you are not the type of buyer we wish to do business with.
Good manners do not cost anything. We hope that you take valued lessons from this experience and in the future, be mindful of what you say and how it can impact those around you.

I purchased a bmw i8 from Salvatore performance in Northolt around 6 months ago.
The car had some cosmetic issues with paint being scraped off due to a wrap removal before I brought the car. The seller promised to book in a time to repaint the car and fix other scratches etc, which never happened.
I’ve been contacting them via whatsapp & text for the last few months, and every message is being ignored.
That’s not all, the next day I had an electrical fault that I had to take to bmw to get repaired because Salvatore performances warranty doesn’t cover electrical issues.
Recently I had a tyre change. Much to my surprise the wheel locking nut is also missing, another cost I have to take on myself.
Be careful with these guys. They seem friendly when you’re there but after sales is terrible.

We informed you from the beginning that the BMW i8 had a wrap on the vehicle which we subsequently removed and this left very small marks on the bodywork which we pointed out to you when you came to view. Nevertheless, you were very pleased with the condition and value of the car which is why you went on to buy the i8. We also gave you a significant discount at point of purchase as you stated that you were in the trade and can get the bodywork rectified yourself. We still offered our support even after purchasing the vehicle and stated to you that if you would like to get the bodywork rectified at a body shop within our network, we would be happy to assist. We never heard from yourself. You got in touch with us 8 months later demanding money for bodywork which you had already been given a discount for. It was a good try but we conduct business on principle and it is a shame that you behaved poorly.
Furthermore, mechanically and electrically, the vehicle was in incredible condition. As you were in the trade and had extensive knowledge of cars, you bought a diagnostic machine when you came to the inspection which highlighted no issues whatsoever so now to hear you had an electrical issue is completely false.
