So, my partner found this company a little while ago and gave me their web addy as “an idea” for his birthday gifts. What he didn’t know at that time was that I had already got him his birthday gifts. So when some life events happened and I wanted to get him something to commemorate getting through the rough stuff, they were my first thought. So I ordered the pieces of jewelry he had mentioned. And when I got them, I surprised him with them and he absolutely loves them. He fawned over all of them and has since had at least one of them on at all times. The customer service rep ( the one I had contact with was named Ingrid) was an absolute angel. She responded to my questions in no time, and cleared up any confusion or questions I had! Even with the time difference (They are based out of Australia and I live in Hawaii) they got back faster than any other company I’ve contacted! Salty Dagger has a new loyal customer in me!

Purchased an engagement ring for my partner and was lucky enough to win a lucky box with another ring. The packaging is gorgeous, every detail has been thought about and executed amazing. Opening the packaging is an entire experience and absolutely amazing. Fast shipping as well, couldn't recommend more. Amazing company

The team at salty dagger are so kind and so helpful. I went through an exchange cause I got the wrong size and there were issues with the return getting to them via the couriers and they were so patient and helpful through it all. Not to mention there pieces are so cool and super good quality!!

Salty Dagger is just the kind of online business that one would always like to find: fantastic craftsmanship, awesome customer care and above all that human factor that makes you feel that you aren’t just taking part in a business transaction. The pieces are unique, easily to become family heirlooms and the presentation (the box, the cloth and other carefully selected little items) is a gift in itself. The result: you got the feeling that you’ve purchased an item made by a human being made for human beings. As good as it gets!!

I had to send back a necklace. I was ensured of a refund by email and got absolutely no update about the refund process for 10 days.

I made some mistakes with ordering and they helped me resolve it and were very responsive through the whole process. The packaging was beautiful too!
