An amazing experience! The staff were lovely, helpful and informative. When i was paying, One staff member took me to specific items in the store to show me bits that matched what I said I was looking for but couldnt find. Such an amazing interaction that I went back the next day to get more items.

I found the staff from start to finish…
I found the staff from start to finish where happy, polite and eager to help even when the item I brought had to be returned 2 days later as the zip wasn’t working, it was replaced with another one no fuss and always with a smile

I came in about a week ago and I was served by a lady (I annoyingly can’t remeber her name but she was a shorter lady with brown hair blonde highlights) she was absolutely lovely and I will admit I spent more than I should have 😂

Lovely store always tidy well stocked and everything easy to find!

I got 3 hoodies
I got 3 hoodies, 2 top, 1 trousers, sock £72 all on sale some was less than half price, excellent sale was on, the sales lady was very helpful and very friendly and happy to help and just let us look around, I really appreciate that, lovely shop , this was my second visit to this particular store, can’t wait to go back when in the uk,
