The lady behind the till was so pleasant. Very chatty but professional. Wrapping my purchases up whilst discussing grandchildren !!! Definitely go again.

The shop in the Gloucester quays was well set out. I bought two t- shirts at a discount price which was great. The lady at the check out was very friendly and helpful.

great customer service, cheerful and very friendly and helpful. my only bugbear is that items are cheaper online until you add the postage then they become more expensive than buying in the shop
