We went to Dockside Saltrock to just look at the dry robes. Sarah was so helpful, she explained the difference between the two linings and helped us choose the right size. We said we wanted to use the... Se mere
Good staff, good choice of product. It’s a shame Saltrock HQ have chosen to close Chatham dock shop and make the staff unemployed.

Great customer engagement
Great customer engagement, the store is always clean, tidy and well presented with a great stock and selection of sizes. The staff are always wonderful when I pop in - even if I'm just browsing.

Great choice clothing for all
Great choice of clothing for all ages ranges and ginger. The girls I met there were very friendly and helpful and I got a great deal on some jackets. I will shop here agaon

Good sale stock
Outlet store at Chatham Dockside in Kent - plenty of sizes stocked (was a bit worried sale stuff would be in tiny sizes)
Came out with a lovely cheesecloth material top, zip up hoodie and jumper…..all for under £60!
Few more things that have caught my eye so suspect I will be back

Good quality clothes and amazing staff.
I made a recent visit to Salt Rock at Chatham Dockside in Kent. I wasn't planning on buying anything really but I got talking to the very friendly staff and ended up buying a few bits which were great quality and at a great price. The credit must go to the shop staff here as they were very welcoming and I had a good chat and a laugh with them. Will definitely be going back soon.

Friendly staff…
Friendly staff that welcome you but give you space to shop. Always helpful with any questions. I never leave without buying at least on item.
