Worst customer service ever! They're happy to sell you the clothes but the second you have an issue they ghost you. I purchased 2 x products and wanted to return the non-sale item as the fit and quality were not in line with the price point. I've emailed their info@ email address multiple times now (well within the 30 day refund period) and they have completely ignored me!) Such a scam to just do a hit and run and ignore you once they've got your cash! NEVER shop from this brand. Terrible quality, poor quality fabrics and to top it all, appalling customer service!!If I could give them zero stars I would!

Customer service is TERRIBLE! Wrong order sent to me, waiting times for an email reply are unacceptable, and communication is just terrible. I don't know if "Marcus" is a real person, but if he is, I think he needs to be replaced by an AI bot immediately - surely it cannot get worse than this.

Extremely disappointing experience – late delivery and missing item

I placed an order with Salt Murphy on September 5 for €625.50, consisting of four items. The order took significantly longer than expected to arrive, despite the company advertising express delivery.

When the package finally arrived, only three of the four items were inside. The Aslan Sleeveless Blazer (€180) was completely missing from the package.

For a brand charging premium prices, this level of logistics and order handling is unacceptable. I specifically ordered these clothes for an important upcoming event, so both the delay and an incomplete delivery have caused a serious problem for me.

What makes the experience even more frustrating is seeing that other customers have reported very similar issues with delayed deliveries and customer service.

At this point, I have paid €625.50, waited much longer than expected, and still do not have my complete order.

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. I would not order from Salt Murphy again based on this experience.

J’ai commandé en payant une livraison express un haut pour mon mariage. Cela fait plus d’une semaine que j ai passé la commande et le
Produit n’as toujours pas été expédié. J’ai écrit à la marque pour avoir des renseignements sur les délais de livraison afin d’avoir mon colis à temps. Absolument aucune réponse. Je ne comprend pas pourquoi proposer des livraisons en express si cela met plus de 10 jours à arriver. Je n’aurais sûrement pas mon haut à temps et aucune réponse de leur part. Je travaille dans le retail depuis plus de 15 ans et je m’étonne encore que des entreprises puisse se permettre un service client aussi déplorable.

I ordered two products from Salt Murphy for my friend’s birthday and was very happy with how quickly the items arrived. They were well packaged and exactly as described online. Would definitely order from them again.

compre una prenda y no me quedo como queria pero puede suceder pero el proceso para devolverlo y que me devuelva el dineron a sido nada satisfactorio, el servivio al cliente parece no existir porque no responde los emails y DHL ha tratado de devolver el paquete a la direccion que ellos me dieron pero el paquete no se ha podido entregar porque no hay nadie.... terrible la situcioan con ellos, no lo recmiendo.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Salt Murphy. I returned my order exactly as instructed, but my refund never arrived. Despite waiting and trying to get the issue resolved, I was left without my money and without any satisfactory explanation.
The whole return and refund process has been frustrating and unreliable. Customer service did not resolve the issue I got only AI responses, and I was left feeling ignored.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying clothes from Salt Murphy. If you ever need to return an item, you may end up waiting indefinitely for your refund. I won’t be shopping with them again.

Horrible customer service via AI agents. Delivery promised in 2-7 days but took over 2weeks. Please do not purchase from them last minute.

I still haven’t received my Salt Murphy order after more than 10 days, and they are refusing to send a replacement or refund me until their delivery company finds out where the package is.
This is unacceptable. I paid Salt Murphy, not the courier. The issue with the delivery company should not become the customer’s problem.
Very disappointing service from a brand that presents itself as premium.

I’ve ordered from Salt Murphy twice now, and while the product quality seems solid, the overall customer experience does not match the premium prices.
When you’re charging $150–$200+ for a single item, expectations are higher—not just for the product, but for the service. Unfortunately, both of my orders arrived significantly late, despite paying for shipping.
The return process was even more frustrating. Instead of providing a prepaid return label like most brands at this price point, I had to figure out shipping on my own, choose a carrier, and create the label myself. That’s a level of inconvenience I wouldn’t expect from a brand positioning itself as premium.
To be fair, the clothing itself appears well-made. But quality alone isn’t enough to justify the price, customer experience matters just as much, and right now it falls short.
If Salt Murphy wants to continue charging at this level, they need to improve their logistics, delivery reliability, and return process. Otherwise, it’s hard to justify repeat purchases.

Have bought some products and loved all of them. The reason for the lower review is my last purchase which was done over two weeks ago and delayed due to the clothing not coming to the warehouse because of being stuck in customs. Which is fine, but haven’t gotten any information about it, and got it first when I sent an email.

So just critic against the information given when unforeseen situations occurs. They should have a better system.

They still aren’t sent, but I’m sure they are gonna be amazing when they arrive. Loved everything I bought so far!

I purchased 2 items from here. The pants were amazing. I am very tall so I did not even need to tailor them. The suit jacket was a bit strange in it's dimensions. The length of the jacket and sleeves were great, however my shoulders and neck felt too tight. I returned the jacket for a refund. Their customer service was very responsive and helped me through every step of the way. I already received my refund for the jacket. While mostly made of polyester, the quality of the clothing is still pretty nice as well.

J'ai acheté un manteau en décembre dernier pour un cadeau de Noel (ce manteau faisait partie d'une commande de quatre articles). Au premier essayage tout allait bien, mais au deuxième essayage (par la personne qui recevait le cadeau) la semaine d'après, la boucle de la ceinture s'est décomposée. J'ai à ce moment la contacté le service client pour demander une solution (hors j'avais déjà retourné une partie de la commande) et on m'a signifié qu'ils ne procèdent qu'à un seul retour/échange par commande point à la ligne. Résigné, j'ai laissé passé bien que le manteau (facturé 290€ !!!!!!) n'était plus portable dans son aspect initial. Un peu plus de trois mois après, une des poches s'est décousue et des boutons sont tombés... Je suis très mécontent de la marque, de la qualité (style Zara), et du service client pour des articles facturés aussi chers.

Cette marque est à FUIR, c'est du VOL !!!!!
