One of the best salon software I have ever witnessed which has all the features at one place . We have been using this software for last two years and are quite satisfied. Their team is very cooperative and trained specially I will do mention the name of Miss Tania who teaches in depth. Highly recommended for those salon owners who remain mostly not present in the salon due to their other commitments.

I work at a salon where we use this software, every other day, the software times out for at least an hour and that hinders our daily booking. They keep scheduling maintenance's in GST without taking Eastern time zone businesses into consideration. Currently, salonist has been down for us since yesterday, it stopped working during peak work hours and hasnt gotten back up yet. Their support team is terrible, does not respond timely neither do they fix issues. We've been having issue with their text messages not going out for the past 2 months and they say they will fix it but nothing changes. Its a waste of money to use this software if you have a running business thats very active. Salonist has cost us our clients, our money and theres zero accountability on their part. I would give them zero stars if it was an option.

We recently purchased Salonist software and have begun using it following the online training sessions provided. Overall, the onboarding experience was smooth, and the training team was supportive and responsive during the sessions.

The software interface is fairly user-friendly, and we are gradually getting comfortable with features like appointment booking, customer management, and billing. However, as we continue exploring the platform in real-time salon operations, we have encountered a few areas where additional clarity and improvements would be helpful.

Some features could benefit from more detailed tutorials or step-by-step guides, especially for advanced functions. It would also be helpful to have quicker access to support when facing minor issues during daily use. Additionally, slight improvements in system speed and navigation would enhance the overall user experience.

We appreciate the effort put into the training and the capabilities of the software. With a bit more refinement and ongoing support, Salonist has the potential to become an even more valuable tool for our business.
