للأسف كانت تجربتي مع سلة كبائع غير مرضية. نواجه بشكل مستمر مشاكل في الخدمات، ومع كل مشكلة يتم توجيهنا لرفع بلاغ عبر بوابة الجودة، لكن الرد يستغرق وقتًا طويلًا، وأحيانًا لا يتم حل المشكلة بشكل فعّال.
كذلك، يتم توفير عدد كبير من شركات الشحن، لكن عند الاستخدام نكتشف أن بعضها غير عملي أو لا يقدم خدمة جيدة، مما يسبب مشاكل مع العملاء وتأخيرًا في استلام الطلبات.

وعندما نتواصل مع خدمة العملاء، غالبًا يكون الرد هو تحويلنا مرة أخرى إلى بوابة الجودة، فنضطر للانتظار أسبوعًا أو أكثر دون الوصول إلى حل واضح. كنت أتمنى وجود دعم أسرع وحلول فعلية للمشاكل بدلًا من تحويلها من جهة إلى أخرى.
Unfortunately, my experience with Salla as a seller has been very disappointing. We constantly face issues, and every time we contact customer support, we’re simply asked to submit a complaint through the Quality Portal. The response usually takes about a week, and in many cases, the issue is still not properly resolved.

Another major concern is the shipping options. Many shipping companies are listed on the platform, but after using them, we discover that some are unreliable or not commonly used, leading to delivery problems and dissatisfied customers.

Overall, instead of receiving direct support and effective solutions, we are repeatedly redirected to the Quality Portal and left waiting for updates. I expected much better support and faster problem resolution for sellers.

منصه فاشله وما تعاقب النصابين شريت منتج رقمي من 2025 ومن وقتها بانتظار المراجعه رفعت شكوى ضده ومن وقتها بعد ما رد ومافيه اي فايده

site escroc tout vient de CHINE la taille n'est pas respectée , le prélèvement du règlement ; ne correspond pas à mon accord de paiement de carte bleue 45€ de différences , mon banquier ne peut rien faire je suis FOU FURIEUX , j'ai voulu faire plaisir à mon épouse , j'ai PERDU 360E D'ACHAT DE CHINE

Le site est loin d être transparent. Le siège social n est pas mentionné et donc le Tribunal en cas de litige absent . Tout est faux ..

Annonce sur leur site comme pull tricoté à la main en Finlande....le colis vient de Chine...A boycotté!

سئ جداً كل حاجه لازم الدفع وأسوء تجربة الحقيقه ولا تستحق الدفع ووردبريس مع مبرمج والدفع مره واحده أفضل من الطريقة السيئة دي عند سلة

Horrible platform for buyers, merchants mostly scam people and the platform does jack all about it, the seller doesn’t respond and the only way to actually get what you order is via a ministry complaint

The seller lador boutique took my money and did not ship my order for up to two month and refused to refund me

Beware: the website only introduces the consumer and vendor to each other, doesn't protect the consumer, if the vendor takes your money and doesn't ship your order. they will tell you go and complain to a government sector.

It was a very bad decision to buy anything from them. The customer service is even worse than the products I received.

The company does not have control on the stores that use their platform. The compliance system is weak and the platform flooded with scammers.

I hate their customer service being so careless, weak and terribly slow.

I wouldn't give any star. I don't know what this company does and never heard of it, let alone buy something from them, but this morning I woke up to see they took around £700 out from my account. How they had my bank details ? I don't have any clue. Be AWARE with these scammers

Don't buy anything if you see an association with this scummy company. I bought a game, order was cancelled the same day, I opened a complaint, seller wants me to talk to salla and salla wants me to talk to the seller. Seller has stopped replying, salla silently closes email tickets and talks nonsense on twitter. When I tried to chargeback the money, salla lied to my bank that they 'provided the service' and attached a checkout page screenshot as if it proves anything. I'll keep trying to refund the money.

اشتريت زيت بيلا لعلاج التمدد اخذوا الثمن وما أرسلوهن وعملوا لي بلوك ومالهم موقع موثق على المركز السعودي للأعمال للأسف انتبهوا يا ناس لا تتعاملوا معهم

اشتكيت عليهم عدة مرات عند سلة وتم ارسال الطلب بعد ٢٣ يوم

I used to sell salla and I've tried them with stores, even if the stores have terrible service and try to scam you (alnasser sports) you can call them raise complaint and they will notify the store and refund everything, their customer service is one of the first thats polite and actually helpful

من اسوأ المنصات اللي ممكن تشتغل عليها، حبيت اغير مزود الخدمة و عصيو على الدومين ولا رضيو ينقلوه خدمة عملاء ولا اسوأ

سيئ بكل معنى الكلمة ما انصحكم بهم اطلاقا
طلبت ارجاع مبلغ اشتراك طلبوا توثيق المتجر من اشهر حتى الان لم يتم ارجاع المبلغ

One of the worst company you could think of when you deal with their customers satisfaction in the e-commerce industry. They just do not care as long as they make money. Zero efforts in verify their store owners and pretty much leave customers to hang dry.
