Horrible customer service
I called up the number on the website (01/04/22) as answering the questions wasn’t straight forward coming from the motability scheme. I thought that the person on the end of the phone would’ve been able to help me with my queries and help me purchase a car insurance policy. She did not want to help. I was met with yes/no replies and that I had to complete the quote online. I quickly realised she wasn’t interested in helping me. I told her I felt she didn’t want to help me and hung up. Horrible customer service…be kinder.
