Great experience on the 6 week Deal Finder Intensive. Weekly sessions with Saj and experts who have been in property over 20 years. Great lessons learned and implemented.

I have been to many of Saj's property events and am now on my second course with him. The wealth of experience Saj has is truly amazing and the willingness to share that is phenomenal. Whether it's strategy, answering questions, contacts etc Saj is, in my opinion and experience, second to none.

I first came across Saj on YouTube last year, from the outset he has been great! I’ve attended a couple of Saj’s courses both in person and online and the content is fantastic! Saj goes above and beyond to help people get the results that they want!

If you’re wanting results, you want Saj!

Attended the DFI workshop, there was a lot of learning and putting theory into practice opportunities. Saj is truly the best in the industry!

Was a great experience, learnt a lot and have the confidence to carry on with my property journey.

I joined Sajs Inner Circle around a month ago now and i am throughly enjoying it so far. Saj and his team share a huge variety of immersive learning material, along with personalised 1v1 support, making it a no-brainer investment for anyone wanting to fast track their property journey from any level. Highly recommended.

Brilliant 6 weeks learning strategy, networking with the support from like minded people investing in property. There is a supportive and productive group who ensure you are left inspired to carry on deal sourcing. The full team are genuine, knowledgable and happy to support - nothing is too much

Saj’s insightful knowledge and wealth of network to tap into has really helped me take my first steps into property.

I've just attended one of Saj's property training courses and the wealth of knowledge Saj has is remarkable. I've learnt so much in such a short space of time and Saj gives you the confidence and the knowledge to go out there and earn that financial freedom for yourself!

Had a session this morning regarding property negotiation and picked up some really great tips that will
Be putting into practice asap!

The course and mentors are excellent
Very helpful and very informative
Saj goes above and beyond helping me on my journey! Highly recommend

Great investment. No "get rich quick" stuff or over simplifying processes.

Solid base to support you.

Maybe a bit more of reviewing individually the deals we find during the program would make it perfect.

I would say the day I met and come to know Saj was the greatest day of my life and I was fortunate enough to find a space and enrol myself and my business partner at Serviced Accommodation course. Saj is such an experienced, down to earth, humble, honest and one of the all time noble experts in the this field.

It is the first time in my life that I can say the amount I paid for the course was way to cheap and no where near to the knowledge, experience, and support I have received from Saj/Aidas his entire team.

Feel free to enrol and do not lose the opportunity on future courses mark my word you will will not regret it.

Kind regards

Unreal experience, Saj just does it differently. I've been to 5 different property courses and this was by far the best. He doesn't beat around the bush, hard sell and tells you only what you need to know. Everything was done so professionally and I felt at home during his course. I would highly recommend, you will not regret it I promise.

Very helpful. Great for people starting out in property.

Saj is a great mentor; very knowledgeable, patient and great to work with

The training is quite fast paced but if I raised any questions, I was given a full and complete response. The training team is very supportive.

Very good property training/strategy mentor, definitely value for money and wealth of knowledge and experience shared highly recommended

Attracts good students which makes for a productive weekend and online experience. Thank you WA team.
