The quality on their clothes is absolutely perfect. Literally feels like you’re wearing a cloud. They are also very nice and reply quick to any questions you have. Amazing brand.

I love everything about this brand. Every piece of clothing has a unique sense of feel. I have two items. The CL Neptune tracksuit and one of the knitted sweatshirts. They are both too cozy and I find myself wearing both all the time whether I’m outside the house or inside. Definitely will buy some more from here in the future.

The material is nice and heavy, fits perfectly and has many different flavours and colours that I have been able to purchase . Easily the best clothing brand in my lens.

Everything was perfect with the tracksuit. quality, fit, and it only took 8 days to actually arrive…
However, the big issue here was the import fee. I had to pay a £106 import fee from UPS in order for my packet to actually get delivered. I’ve never had to do such a thing for any international shipping before so it took me by surprise. After paying a lot for the tracksuit itself that can be very discouraging. That was my only issue. Everything else about the brand is honestly 10/10

Bought a track suit 4 week ago and have not recieved any communication other than an order number and purchase description. Terrible service, contacted them 6 times and no response. Are these guys scammers?

So first off the customer service is amazing my dms were responded to in like 5 minutes, was able to fully track my order using UPS too. I ordered the artic CL sweats amazing quality really nice fit, would recommend this company to everyone.

Ordered and it got shipped and delivered in one business day!

I’ve received all my garments and I am satisfied with all of them. I’ve ordered twice and never had a problem either of the times. I ordered 2 tracksuits, 1 knit and 1 beanie. They do state on the website that there may be duty fees upon arrival of the package. It will of course be different depending on the country, but all in all the quality makes up for the duty fee. I’ve never put anything better than this on my body. This brand is legit and 100%. They reply quick and are very professional. I never had a bad experience so far and will continue ordering. They have a customer for life.

Garment took 6 weeks to come so missed Christmas and cost £73 in duty for £150 order

the clothes are nice but i'm giving 2 stars because it took over 4 weeks for my order to get shipped and they failed to mention the hefty import tax - I had to pay an additional £163 when it arrived in the UK.

This company is not trustworthy and they do not know how to operate a clothing company online. There is no follow through, no accountability, or any attempt at something resembling customer service.
I ordered their Arctic Sweats for my son for Christmas on December 1st. As of this review, December 30th, the item still has not been delivered and there is no indication that they ever will. They have not responded to my requests for information. I never received a tracking number, or information such as the shipping company they use. It only mentions "Saints Shipping", whatever that is.

Their website is a mess:
Click at the bottom, 'Shipping + returns', they say they ship within 1-3 business days in the USA. But click on top right, the policies page, if you go to ' Shipping', they give you different information. It says "1-7 business days".
For pre-order items, in the top right policies page, they say 35 days, in the bottom "shipping + returns", they say 40 days.
On the 'Policies/Shipping' page, they mention a Pick-up option which is not mentioned anywhere else on the website. There is no physical address either, come to think of it...
If you click on the Track Order page, the message you get is "Oops /tools/track-your-order not found" which pretty much sums up the shopping experience...
