My Customer Value Proposition
1. Company promises feedback within 24hrs of purchase I did not get any until I followed up.
2.On follow up I was to get a call back I did not until I followed up again.
3. Item was out of stock and was promised a refund and was not refunded until I promised to take legal action against the company.
4. The co-director kept promising and promising without any action or concern for my refund until I promised to take legal action where he tried to intimidate me before refunding my money. Started ignoring my calls and going offline and the picked calls were just falls promises without any action.
5. It's disappointing to follow up for your purchase, refund or anything if a company truly cares for you as a client, keep your promise and provide service with empathy. Turn around time is key 12pm on Wednesday is not the same time as 4 p.m Saturday almost 80hrs loss of time and resources following up on a simple transaction. When there's an issue be sure to be clear, transparent and concise about it.
