employed this company to remove spray foam from my attic. The first 2 men left and said they had removed a!l of the spray foam. I was charged £3000 and never got a receipt or a certificate to proof that I had had the spray foam removed. My husband had a look into the attic and was appalled at the mess they had left. After numerous phone calls, emails and a !etter they sent another 2 men who assured me that all the spray foam had been removed. I had surveyor last week who formed me that there was still a lot of spray foam in the loft and that I would not be able to sell my home.
I contacted Trading Standards and they advised me to write to Safeway Roofing and quote the Consumer Rights act 2015. I did this and asked for someone to come and inspect my loft but have not had any rep!y.
Do not use this company as they do not do a proper job and will not rectify any mistakes they make

My friend was scammed by this company . She was quoted £5000 for a flat roof 8 feet by 4 feet. She was not given a written quote only verbal. The quote then increased to £10,000.
The following day she was visited by a previous customer who had seen the van outside her house and she was warned not to use this company.
The following day the quote increased to £18,000 and when told the work would not go ahead, they were not happy and told my friend there was a contract, she felt intimidated and this company have been reported to trading standards who are taking this case seriously.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Great service from very proffessional and friendly staff. Leaking gutter replaced the next day and everything tidied up before they left. Excellent service at reasonable price.
