Engaging and Practical - A Great Choice for the CITB Course!
I recently completed the H&S CitB course, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. The course was delivered in a highly interactive and engaging manner, making it not only enjoyable but also easy to understand. The real-life examples provided throughout the course were particularly beneficial, as they helped me understand how the concepts could be applied to my own work environment.
The instructors were knowledgeable, passionate, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that each participant grasped the material. They were able to create a comfortable and supportive learning environment, making it easy for everyone to ask questions and participate in discussions. On behalf of our group of 17 delegates, I’d like to express our gratitude for an outstanding CITB course experience with Safety Services, led by Derek Lyon. Derek’s expertise and engaging teaching style made a significant impact. His knowledge was extensive, and he delivered answers to all questions with clarity and precision, ensuring everyone understood the material.
Derek’s confidence and dynamic approach kept the entire group engaged throughout the day, and his training skills genuinely stood out. We highly recommend him to anyone considering this course and feel he’s a valuable asset to Safety Services.
