Safe Hands Home Improvements Anmeldelser

First rate company
Professional and reliable. All arranged and completed in super quick time too.

Friendly staff and efficient too, removed my old alarms and tidied up after too, not that there was a lot to clear!

Thanks guys for being understanding and human first instead of just business focused. I have no problem recommending these guys to anyone - you will not be disappointed

I recently had security alarms fitted at home and was a bit anxious that I wouldn’t know how they worked but Conar put me totally at ease and was very respectful of myself and my home. They did a fantastic job no mess and didn’t leave until he was sure I understood everything and how it worked great price too compared to other prices quoted in the past I would definitely recommend to anyone interested they also were not pushy just calmly explaining everything needed and left it for me to decide. Thanks again

Absolutely great, no messing, really nice guys. Bang on!

Painless install of 4 interlinked alarms. Quality alarms fitted at good cost. Very professional company and would recommend.

Seen on one other review that they also were doing burglar alarms. Ian who has been working in alarm business for nearly 25 years came and installed new system. Again very professional, cost effective and nice guy. Great job. Very happy with it. Thank-you !

I had linked smoke alarms fitted, the service was excellent, no pressure sales pitch just the right amount of information. The fitter was spot on the time and date arranged and very courteous, he had the alarms fitted very quickly with zero mess and all for a very reasonable cost. I Highly recommended safe hands to all.

No fuss experience fitting my own alarms which had been bought over a year ago and still not been installed by my hubby. Good price and fitted in a jiffy. Nothing was a bother and clearly explained how they worked.
Woof woof from Honey the spaniel too!!

Where to start Jordan was spot on time 10am. Had a look over the areas where alarms were going, explained how they work, asked exactly where I wanted them to go within the perimeters allowed. No mess at all and so pleasant the service was exemplary and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you again Jordan.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company. They are a young crew with good old fashioned values and an absolute commitment to provide exemplary customer service.

Jordan arrived at time stated. Clean, tidy, exceptional work. Explained and demonstrated how alarms worked. Glad I progressed on FB feeds. Would recommend them. From first initial contact to installation was less the 48 hours. Well done. Exceptional service 👍

Fantastic service.
Punctual, very efficient 4 smoke alarms and a heat sensor installed by Declan in less than 30 minutes.
Highly recommend to anyone.

What fantastic service from start to finish. Conor was great but the guy who came to fit alarms (did not get his name) was fantastic. So friendly and helpful, explained everything and was so good with our dog Rex. He was a star thank you all again am delighted and 100% recommend

Could not fault the installer he was friendly and completed the work efficiently and cleared up afterwards. I would recommend
your company to friends and family.

Highly recommend this company. Work was professional and both Connor and Jordan were very helpful

Filled in the smoke alarm contact form on Sunday, got a call later that day, and an appointment made for the Monday. Declan arrived when he said he would, was friendly, explained everything as he went along, and the job was completed in about 20 mins. No mess no fuss.
We also asked for some advice re house alarms. Ian phoned us to discuss our options, and arranged to visit a few days later. He also arrived when he said, listened to our requirements, and suggested how best to go forward. He removed the old non functioning system and replaced it with one that meets our needs. He spent time ensuring that we were comfortable with operating the new system. All of this at a fair price. We would recommend.

Excellent service Declan arrived, supplied and fitted heat and smoke detectors. Clean and tidy worker and very well mannered young man would highly recommend this company.

Logan arrived on time last night to fit our smoke and heat alarms, he explained everything to us clearly before starting the work. The job was done quickly and without any mess, Logan was a lovely lad, very friendly and respectful. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, from contacting then to having alarms fitted was only 2 days, arrived early and installed smoke alarms in around 20 minutes. Great price and brilliant service , would highly recommend

Excellent job replacing fire alarms throughout. Declan was very professional, worked efficiently and didn't leave any waste.
Highly recommend. Thank you.

Very professional and helpful. Unfortunately one of my smoke alarms fell off the ceiling, (probably too close to the bathroom), Conor came back to refit without any quibbles. Very happy with the service and price.

Great communication with Conar - even out of normal working hours. Declan came up from Glasgow to cover Inverness as part of his day. Heat detector and two smoke detectors fitted quickly. Friendly and explained clearly how to turn one of them off if they all go off. Ten year life explained and a certificate written. For me, with so much choice on the market getting these alarms fitted quickly and professionally was a bonus. From initial enquiry via Facebook over the festive period to fitting was within two weeks.
