Upon having problems with my central heating/hot water boiler I contacted Safe Gas as I did have a maintenance service contract with them.The problem appeared to be more of an age issue with the boiler,and a couple of engineer visits to try various "fixes"were tried initially.Each engineer explained what they had done,and they could not have been more helpful or pleasant.At no point along the way did anyone from Safe Gas try and "encourage" me to buy a new boiler!On the next visit it had been decided that it would be worth fitting a new secondary heat exchanger(cheaper fix than a new main heat exchanger).Again the engineer was a credit to the company,and this new part was fitted,as well as a lubricant? to the system.Another detailed description of the work carried out was given,and my boiler began to function correctly once again.How refreshing in this day and age to find honest tradesmen representing such a fine company as Safe Gas obviously are.I am a long standing customer of this firm,and hope to be so for many years to come.WELL DONE SAFE GAS: EXCELLENT !!

We've been with Safegas for nearly 20 years. Throughout they have remained competitive on price and the service has always been of a high standard. With our old boiler we had call-outs from time to time. Safegas came quickly and their reliable engineers sorted out the problems. Two years ago we had Safegas round to advise on a new boiler. They explained the options clearly and their quote was the best - including a reduction in the annual protection cover. They did the work without delay - fitting in very amicably with last minute changes in our availability. The new boiler has saved us money and there have been no problems. At the last annual service the engineer was very tidy and gave useful advice about cleaning the chimney above our gas fire. Very happy to recommend Safegas.

We called a heating engineer to carry out a yearly planned maintenance on our Boiler. The communication between ourselves, their office and their engineer was excellent and the works were carried out in a very professional manner ~ no hesitation at all in recommending SafeGas Wetherby

Safegas installed our air source heat pump system in just two days! The three engineers worked extremely hard to get the job done with no mess and minimal disruption. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Safegas and would use them again without hesitation.

I asked Safegas to quote for a new Worcester Bosch boiler as my old Baxi was on on its last legs. Their quote was considerably less than British Gas for exactly the same boiler and after sales cover, and once I accepted the quote I had the boiler installed within 1 week. The sales team were easy to deal with and not in the least bit pushy, and the installation team professional, on time and tidy. A pleasure from start to finish and I would recommend Safegas to anyone.

Really good service, only slight quibble is that I was expecting a call back to sort out some other work and it's not happened yet.

I moved into my house twenty years ago this winter, the boiler looked dated then and i thought it may well have been the original from the sixties. Any how it continued to work over the years until a few months ago when it started to leak and i was faced with the unwelcome prospect of renewing it. I had a few tradesmen look at it over the years but they always left me baffled as to the options open so i had always opted to leave it alone. This time I had seven different quotes from the local man in a van to British Gas. Safegas's quote fell almost exactly in the middle, Brian spent time and was happy to return to answer my questions so i opted for them and am very happy that i did so. Fitting was very professional with minimal disruption by Adam and i have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone out there whose boiler needs replacing
